At heart Tivoli Friheden is a family park with many rides, play areas, and shows that can be enjoyed by the whole family, along with additonal rides for the little ones.
The park also has a couple of small coasters, but the highlight is the Sky Tower, one of the few SCAD Towers in the world.
The park has a carnival feel to it, and if you have are visiting as a family you might be obliged to spend a little more time there.
Tivoli Friheden is a very small park located in the heart of Aarhus, which is Denmark's second biggest city.
It's probably the smallest park i have been to yet, and probably also one of the smallest in the world.
Still it has a pretty wide category of rides, including 4 mediocre roller coasters and a couple of very good flats. The best rides of the park is in my opinion Pegasus, a flat ride from Technical Park, and the very scary SCAD Tower, which is 50 danish crowns extra charge.
Coaster-wise they don't really have anything that is worth a visit to the park, I would personally say that the best coaster in the park is Tyfonen though. A Zamperla Spinning Coaster.
The food is pretty average for a danish park, which means it's good.
