If you're looking for a touch of Denmark in Japan, visit Kurashiki Tivoli Park. Based on Copenhagen's famous Tivoli Gardens, this park definitely caters to families with young children. The park's two coasters aren't exactly big thrill machines. The Tivoli Railroad coaster actually allows infants to ride while harnessed to a parent, and the Odin Express is a family coaster that rumbles in and out of a manmade mountain (which it shares with the park's flume ride). There are a number of highly themed flat and kiddie rides, too. Teenagers would probably become bored with Tivoli pretty quickly, but kids should like it, while adults might be charmed by the old-style European architecture and beautiful gardens.
