Im a Terrorist! (Medford Fair Photo TR)

So last night when I drove into Boston I saw a fair set up in Medford.. So today I went down and took some photos.. yay

So yeah... When in Medford MA dont take a photo of the Zipper... Or you will be called a Terrorist....

After they asked for my ID (that I didnt give them) they walked with me to my car... And took down my plates for some reason (as I was still laughing at them)

He makes me walk over to this other tool and they both start yelling at me... For doing NOTHING... lolz

And officer dick runs over to find out what im doing... And starts calling me of all things... a Terrorist!!

And here it comes.....

So I took a photo of the non-set up Zipper....

...I love it.

Yeah. The best part was... I had my black SFNE hat on.. And my SFNE hoodie on... And a Hershey Park shirt on under the hoodie.... And even with all that amusement park crap on... The guys just didnt "get" that I was taking ride photos...

To think that I was in Medford today and a police man eyed me just because I was on the "Mustang" Medford High School grounds. This is seriously a coincidence, but still very funny! The Medford police force sucks, they're gangs in Medford that most of the police force doesn't know about.

My Mom told me about this fair and she said there was no coasters, I hate her for saying that! If they did allow me on the ride, I would have gotten my 19th credit. The fair does look pretty cool, just a little small and the Zipper wasn't set up.

Hmm--they probably assumed you were a terrorist operative who was "casing" the carnival as a prelude to a future attack when that same carnival sets up in the same place at some undisclosed time.

Either that, or you were photographing the Zipper so that you could copy its design for some other nefarious scheme! Perhaps there's a big black market for Zippers and Tilt-a-Whirls.

Hey, if a guy can get arrested at the Best Buy right up the street for using "fake money" which were actually legal $2 bills, and then the local cop's justification is "in the days after 9-11, we cannot be too careful", I'm not surprised by this at all.

I'm sure there was actual crime being committed in town at that moment, but thank god the police keep top secret Zipper technology from falling into the wrong hands.

It is funny that they called you that, but, can you blame them? They have to take everything seriously these days, not matter how stupid or insignificant it may seem. I would rather them be safe like they were than not cared at all and a real terrorist came along and did something drastic that could have been prevented.

Wow, that really made my day. Great photos, but too bad the police didn't like you. It was probably just what they were told to do if someone is where no one should really be.(not saying you cant take photos of a ride still on a truck, but to the police, what normal person does?) They were just not taking any chances because of how embarrassed they were after 9/11.
