Rain and Disneyland

I have a question about Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. The weather reports indicate that there might be rain this friday and I was wondering if Disneyland closes some rides or does it just close for the day? Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks again!

I actually have checked and I couldn't find any info on it. That's why I came here for help. If you can find it on their website and show me it would help me out.

Unless, it's really really bad, Disneyland and most of the rides stays open.

I forgot how unhelpful disney's site is compared to other parks' sites.

Keep in mind that a lot of Disney rides are enclosed or covered, although if there is lightning, they will close some of the outdoor rides (ie. Astro Orbiter)

Yeah, Disneyland won't close any of their rides unless their is lightning. Also, take my warning, CA Screamin in the rain hurts...A LOT.

Well am only headed to disneyland so I won't be able to feel the pain of california screamin. But I will look forward to the matterhorn and big thunder mountain in the rain!

As for the rain, as the other people said, most rides should stay open, unless for some reason it's a bad storm... (Which I don't see that happening)

I have been to Disneyland in the rain. It is great, keeps the crowds away. Pretty much everything stays open. I would recommend a poncho and not an umbrella.

DL in the rain is better than in sun. The lines are really short and hardly anybody wants to go there in the rain. So hope you have a good trip.
