Reon Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 Mods, sorry in advance if this has been done. Too tired/lazy to search right now. Anyways, sometime between July 23 and 26, I shall be going on my annual Dells trip while my family visits our relatives in Madison. Normally we just go to Mt. Olympus and leave, but this time I want more of an experience. Anyone have any suggestions of whatelse I can cover in a day (with reasonable expences, since I doubt my family would want me to spend hundreds of dollars etc...)
robbalvey Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 Erik just asked for some advice on this very thing recently. Check out this thread and see if you have more questions: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=26210&highlight=dells
Reon Posted July 19, 2006 Author Posted July 19, 2006 I see some names, but no prices... Plus remember I have less than a day there, since I have to spend SOME time with the folks Thanks anyways...
pvcoasterguy Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 ^ Prices are easily researchable from the website of the attraction(s) that you are going to.
Erik Johnson Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 You can get an all day ticket for Mt Olympus at the gate for $33.00. (This includes everything for the full day). If you have parents or other folks who are not into rides they can still get into the park for $7.00. You can buy your tickets in advance via the web site for a slight discount...I think $3 off the full day admission. Also the original attraction, The Wisconsin Dells Boat Ride, is nice for everyone. I think its less than $10 per person. While I have not done it in years, I seem to remember enjoying it.
Reon Posted July 20, 2006 Author Posted July 20, 2006 I was thinking more along the lines of doing Mt. O, Noah's Ark, and Avalanche, if time allows.
