...coasters... Posted May 20, 2006 Share Posted May 20, 2006 HOLIDAY WORLD!!! Two non-consecutive days... surprise fellow ACErs... The first day was rainy and still amazing, the Voyage is a ridiculously good ride... The second day was with Laura's family. Who are, to a person, a riot!!! The pictures kinda speak for themselves... so enjoy!!! -Thomas Moore P.S. This is for Robb and Elissa... "NINETY DEGREES!!!!!" also, Laura would like to be known that she, too, would fling hotcakes at Elissa if given the opportunity AND... because this ride is HOT from every angle... a pic of the Voyage as seen from Splashin' Safari... thus ends this Trip Report! DAH BUCKET!!! I know that when I think of ghosts, I automatically associate them with skill in wood-carving... ummm, yeah Looks like I was wrong... He's not really going to do this right? This is a SWAN DIVE... thank you mister announcer, that was enlightening! This guy went down in flames like Elissa's respect for Knott's Berry Farm Scarecrow Scrambler with Laura and Jamie HallowSwings with Laura and Jamie Laura on the Flyers... these spinning rides are fun to watch... haha Day Two... fewer pics cause we went to Splashin Safari and I didn't take my camera in there... Let's start things off with Laura and her sister, Jamie, as Ghostbusters... yesssssss Bye Holiday World... we'll be back in a few days! She looked scared of the Raven... afterwards, we couldn't figure out why RAVEN DOESN'T HAVE A STEEL TRACK...WHY IS ONE PICTURED!! SHOPPING... these hats are awesome This was one of the coolest things ever... construction pics on a shooting dark ride... kinda This is my First-Person Shooter pic of Gobbler Getaway... err... First-Person Caller I mean... Focused on calling Turkeys!!! so excited! Gobbler Getaway opened for a bit!! Santa needs love too I'm still excited about the free pepsi products Empty plate pic cause we were so hungry! in line for FOOOOOD Ah yes, the Water Slides over the Midway... The Corkscrew of the Water Park There were some brief difficulties getting the Launch restraints off... and I nabbed this priceless pouting face Laura and Liberty Launch IT'S ALL FREE!!! Legend's drop... pretty self-explanatory haha... I wanted to thank these people for giving me the "whiplash brakerun" pic They fixed the bell?? Yeah, some woman from Kentucky did it, but don't tell anyone, it's the biggest secret!! The Legend!! Wait, let's take a closer look at that tower... good thing it opens later for a "Sneek Peek" aww...Gobbler Getaway... and that's me... Robb: "Elissa, get on the other side, we're going to pick him up." Elissa: "I can't pick him up!!!" Me: "Don't worry, I'm not that heavy." WHAT?!?!? Rob and Elissa... yeah, so it turns out they were on the train with us on our first ride EVER on the Voyage... so we got a pic with them... Thanks guys! (the girl in green is Laura) This was hilarious... even the monitor is enthusiastic!! here are some fellow TPR junkies we met here come some Voyage pics!! mmmmmmmmmmm... so close so we ran to Voyage immediately! yeah, still hot Raven is so hot Obligatory "Happy to be here" pic We're here in one piece...whew! There's NO ONE here!! We're RIGHT OUTSIDE!!! ahhhhhhhhh... our first glimpse of advertising, the heart starts to beat faster!! Here's where we switched directions... crazy exciting isn't it This needs no caption. After a brief rest stop, it's back to the Coaster Mobile!!! Time to get back on the road... yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm We couldn't find a McDonald's... so we settled for the next best thing, Donald's Breakfast Eatery So early...
