Photo TR: Dubai Global Village

The Global Village is a seasonal attraction here in Dubai. It is usually erected for the shopping festival in January but this year its on for nearly five months, so we took the opportunity to visit before the crowds hit. Usually this place is packed and you just cant move so it was a nice change to See it so empty.

its a little like Epcot's World Showcase.

This year is the 1st year you have had to pay to get in. AED 3 around $1 each. it keeps the undesirables away.

I believe that's the first portable suspended coaster I've seen.

the miami Dolphins coaster has been there fro three years now. I am hoping to get back during the day some time to get some more pics.

Iraq was great. I even got a Tshirt with a map of Iraq and the words Allah is great and Allah bless Iraq. in Arabic.

The portable suspended roller coaster looks fun. Dubai looks like a fun place to visit. Keep posting pictures of Dubai. Your pictures make me want to go there some day.
