Here's the massive Swahilli Wheel Here's Razu Here's the main loop of the park in yellow.
zankara Posted November 7, 2005 Posted November 7, 2005 Looks good. I'm Interested in seeing more pictures.
coasters 4 me Posted November 7, 2005 Posted November 7, 2005 Looks like a brilliant park. I am looking forward to seeing new pics. --Ryan Berry P.S-My 900th Post!!
coasterdude5 Posted November 8, 2005 Author Posted November 8, 2005 ^Thanks for the comments. I should have an update tommorow- I'm really busy getting the Geboldi Gardens: Wild Safari park ready for the pre-release. Stay tuned!
coasterfreak101 Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 Wow, that looks really cool! But I have to admit, when you put this next to Geoboldi Gardens, it's nothing. But it is a really nice park, hands down. What would rock would be a POV of Razu, is that possible? Keep up the good work!
coasterdude5 Posted November 8, 2005 Author Posted November 8, 2005 (edited) Thanks! I spent almost two years on Geboldi Gardenes so this park really pales in comparison! But yeah, there probably won't be any updates for a couple days due to Geboldi Gardens but don't worry, I'll be working on it in no time! Edited November 8, 2005 by coasterdude5
coasterguy618 Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 That park is so sweet!! BTW, what is Razu??
coasterdude5 Posted November 9, 2005 Author Posted November 9, 2005 ^I have absolutely no idea. I saw t in some book I had to read for school. Don't quote me but I think it is a Swahillian word for "monster". Or something like that.
Hattuchili Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Nice Park so far! I really like your theme! I hope to see more soon! --Sören
coasterdude5 Posted November 10, 2005 Author Posted November 10, 2005 Everybody has asked for them so here they are! Razu pics! And as a finale, here's a nice shot from the parks newset section: Egypt
kennywood!007 Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 Razu!! That coaster looks sweet...I just got WILD today and I'm already obsessed!! Do you think your gonna post a DOWNLOAD when your finished????
coasterdude5 Posted November 23, 2005 Author Posted November 23, 2005 As you might have heard.... Swahilli Village is once again being purchased from a bankrupt owner. This new buyer: GEBOLDI. Here's the latest from the park's new rep Larry Johnson: "We have decided as a whole to turn this suffering park back into majorly a zoo. We will keep a few of the rides but at this time we are focusing on the animals. We hope to add 10 new exhibits and two new animal shows" Last year it was estimated that the park lost $250,000.
dragoncoaster1292 Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 ^Youch  ! That is a big loss of cash! Cool park, though.
coasterfreak101 Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 That is a big chunk of cash gone! Is Razu staying? If it is still up, could we see a POV vid of it? Hopefully Geoboldi will do with this park what theu did with G:WS!!!
coasterdude5 Posted November 23, 2005 Author Posted November 23, 2005 The park has confirmed that Razu and the ferris wheel will stay. All the other rides, including the "swaying coaster" will be dismantled and sent to the scrap yard or other Geboldi parks.
coasterdude5 Posted December 19, 2005 Author Posted December 19, 2005 The park has confirmed that Razu and the ferris wheel will stay. ^Obviously that wasn't true! A picture was taken at the new Geboldi Europe showing pieces of Razu sitting in the construction area. Since Geboldi Europe has to keep all rides under 30 feet above ground, Razu is definitely getting scrapped. Some of the pieces at Geboldi Europe are probably going to be used as transfer track for Geboldi Europe's new coaster Tremore' As for Swahilli Village, all the animals have been transported to Geboldi Wild Safari's animal care facility. Reports say the park itself is pretty sad with only a few structures remaining. (including the ferris wheel) I'll have an update soon! Razu track at Geboldi Europe
coasterdude5 Posted December 20, 2005 Author Posted December 20, 2005 Don't worry, everythig will turn out for the better! Remember, it's Geboldi!
BiCoastal Kid Posted December 20, 2005 Posted December 20, 2005 I dig that you're making a multi-park world through your various updates.
FuNfReaK22 Posted December 20, 2005 Posted December 20, 2005 Yes, this may sound stupid, but is this real? or just the game? Ha see how weird i am
coasterdude5 Posted December 20, 2005 Author Posted December 20, 2005 It's just the game, I just like making it seem as if it's a real park group. Update soon!
Luxo Posted December 20, 2005 Posted December 20, 2005 Great job at making your parks interact, it's no wonder funfreak22 thought Geboldi was real .
coasterdude5 Posted December 20, 2005 Author Posted December 20, 2005 Wow, since everybody likes Razu so much, I've made a thread just for it at my forums: Here (I didn't want to make two threads for the same thing.)
coasterdude5 Posted December 21, 2005 Author Posted December 21, 2005 ATTENTION: The following pictures may disturb you. (If you were a fan of Razu at least) R.I.P. Razu The remains of Razu The rapids ride is totally gone. WARNING: The next picture may disturb you. One of the last shots of the ferris wheel. The TPR group is the last train on Razu. The last shot taken of the park's last operating day as Swahilli Village.
