Sir Clinksalot
Over the weekend some of our really good friends got married. It was a beautiful wedding and reception. We had time to kill between the wedding and the reception, so we went to the movies all dressed up. The reception was a blast. There was food, drinking, dancing, more drinking and more dancing and we all had such a great time. It was a beautiful celebration and I was very glad we got to share their special day with them. Here are some pictures we took: The wedding cake Kristi and the bride during the money dance Kristi and the groom during the money dance The whole group The bride and groom Gregg and his former boss The bride and groom entering the reception Gregg and Kristi before the wedding

Sir Clinksalot
Yes I did color my hair. My "natural" color is dark and I am trying to get it back to the normal color. It is hard, for like 16 years I have been dying my hair so I am not really sure what the REAL color is We saw "Just Like Heaven" which was WONDERFUL. It was kind of a chicky movie, but Gregg liked it too. It was cute and romantic in a weird way. I love weddings. It makes me want to get married all over again. Kristi "always gets emotional at weddings" C.

Nrthwnd
(And this is my #300 btw --- ) Nice look at you and your friends' happy celebration, but - What IS a 'Money Dance'? And by the looks of the bride there in that shot with her and Kristi - she was doing pretty good, hmm? Salut to the happy couple!
Sir Clinksalot
Money Dance: You pay $$ to dance with the Bride and Groom. The groom get's pinned with all of the money, the bride get's her's in a sack (for obvious reasons). I have known people who have made upwards of $3000 off of the Money Dance. I would think they walked away with at least $1000. You get drunk people with wallets and people start pinning $100 bills to the groom. Gregg "We dropped a cool $20" C. AllisonY2K
some places call it a boot dance. same concept, you just put the money in a cowboy boot instead.
