Token Yankee Guy Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 Since we've had so many themed threads like, "inside your icebox" and "outside your bedroom window" I'd thought I'd start the thread of where you post pictures of what your home looks like. This is the only addition we've done to the house which is our sunroom. Our big back yard. It's a pain to mow it with a push mower. You can even see my dog on the back porch. Hattuchili Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 Hey Craig, nice pictures. It looks like this could become a very ineresting thread! I´ll post mine tomorrow, because now it is to late (12:50am). --Sören
Wes Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 I was going to start a "TPR Cribs" post, but looks like Craig beat me to it! Anyway, here's my apartment: Ah, the mighty shoe rack. Oh how I love thee... R Kelly isn't in my closet. But everything else is. Clothes, shoe boxes, and tons of random shit. Ox and Icebat guard my computer screen from evil. Computer desk. Yep. The otherside of the bed and my computer corner. I have my the vinyl of favorite album Pinkerton framed. DVD Shelf! I actually got rid of a bunch of DVDs lately because I wanted to downsize my collection. Also Master Shake guards my NES. TV (and DVD player, PS2, and Replay unit), my bass guitar and electric (it's in the bag). My GIANT Christopher Walken poster, my crappy amp, my JTTCOE Lava Lonster drawing, and one of my nightstands. Here's where the magic happens. Sink area where I make myself beautiful. Le bathroom. I've had those pink towels FOREVER. I love them because they're huge. The mini hallway between my room and bathroom. That's my signed "Home Movies" poster next to the closet. Very cool Haunted Mansion print above the couch. Our kitchen hasn't been cleaned in weeks, as you can tell. Our whiteboard o' fun. Generally used to make random jokes or quote funny lines. The living room from the vantage point of just walking in the door. We don't really use this area much.
SixFlagsTexas Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 Only good picture I have of the house. There is not a good view on both sides. But hey, it's snowing in Texas Texas Snow
Louise Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 ^^ Hey Wes, nice to see some decent British comedy in your DVD collection... Think I spotted Space and The Office there? Good choices. Get hold of the complete Black Books DVD collection and you're covered. Lou- "loving Dylan Moran's work" -ise
Wes Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 ^^ Hey Wes, nice to see some decent British comedy in your DVD collection... Think I spotted Space and The Office there? Good choices. Get hold of the complete Black Books DVD collection and you're covered. Yep, I have both of them and they're both amazing. I had to special order Spaced from the UK, but after Simon and Edgar showed some of the show at Comic Con a couple years back, and the entire audience was in tears during the fake shootout sequence, I knew I HAD to have it. I'll have to check out Black Books. And yes, Maliboomer, Ugly Dolls rock.
Hattuchili Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 Here are a few pictures of our house! ...and the garden. My favorite place in the house. backyard Front site
Token Yankee Guy Posted August 13, 2005 Author Posted August 13, 2005 You got a nice house soren, do you live in it by yourself or with others?
Hattuchili Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 Thanks Craig, I live there with my uncle and aunt! --Sören
RC_dartarro Posted August 15, 2005 Posted August 15, 2005 well i have the area where i live around (need to find some pics of my house), i live up on a big ol' hill that unnerves even the most experienced of hillgoers . the west side of the hill is the ghetto-y slum area, and the east side of the hill is more well off. Lucky for me, we live on the slightly more eastern side.
ScOtT k Posted August 15, 2005 Posted August 15, 2005 I don't have any pictures of my house yet (I'll take some pictures later) But, while you guys are waiting, I'll post some pics of my hometown. This is a shot of pine junction, a very nice little town that I live in. If you look to the far left you'll see a small little mountain about halfway up the picture. Off to the right you can see the snowcapped rockies. My house is perched near the top of that peak. You can look down through a valley and see denver. If you turn around you look at the mountains. I have the best of both worlds. There is a long dirt road winding up to my house. It's a pain in the ass for my girlfriend and I to shovel. I do have a neighbor about a half mile down the hill with a snowplow though. He makes my life a lot easier! This is a shot of pine junction in the winter. I'm done wasting bandwith for now. Bye everyone. BTW rc_dartarro, that hill doesn't look bad at all. What are you talking about??
Scaparri Posted August 16, 2005 Posted August 16, 2005 Here's where I live (when I'm not in school). The red Honda would be mine.
