^ I don't know. I think it was time for another water ride. My mom works in some form of Cleveland Clinic, and is offered up to 10 CP tickets for only $26. I am so going this summer. I'll tell y'all how STR is!

I think I should make a small clarification on the wetness level of Shoot the Rapids. While you will get soaked, you won't be dripping wet like from Snake River Falls (unless the people shooting off the cannons really hate you). I was dry in less than an hour with no hand dryer assistance.

^^^^^ Thanks! Yeah, I think we are leaning more towards Monday now. I can't wait to try out STR and even Maverick, since I haven't been there in the past few years.

We might also try to hit up Kennywood, as it's also only two hours away. :)

Ya know, I just realized that CP has its own mini-water park inside the park. Isn't the area between the two (now three) water rides an area where you don't need a shirt or shoes? if so, will this continue with STR? I forgot where the sign was saying you had to put your attire back on

It's actually more like 3 hours with no traffic or construction.

I can't wait to check out kennywood this year with the new coaster and all.

I grabbed a bunch of frames from the webcam over the past few days, then reordered them to get a few linear sequences and stitched it together in a short video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQ3mkBXrYIU

It looks pretty cool and was fun to make. I didn't pay much attention to the color of the train cars, so you can see them alternate from red to green and back...

That's pretty cool. I saw something like that with Prowler at WoF.

I can't wait to ride STR. I also can't wait to be back at home in dry clothes after STR.

I eat bugs.

^Only the lift hill is on tracks. But the rest of the ride runs down a canal.
