So far my favorite is Mind Bender SFOG, but I haven't been on Shockwave yet.

I'll have to say Loch Ness Monster at BGE.

Mindbender at SFoG is the best to me, although I really enjoyed Tornado at Adventureland.

Well I wasn't even alive back then but I think my favorite would have to be Loch Ness Monster at Busch Gardens Europe.

Off the top of my head:
Gemini (Cedar Point)
Whizzer (Six Flags Great America)
Space Mountain (Magic Kingdom)

Honorable mention:
Corkscrew (Michigan's Adventure)-probably the smoothest of all the corky's
Demon (Six Flags Great America)
Wildcat (Cedar Point)

I still have to ride coasters like Shockwave, Mindbender, Loch Ness, etc.

I did ride other 70's coasters like the defunct Python (BGT), Galaxi (Indiana Beach), sooperdooperlooper (Hersheypark), just to name a few.

I'm going to take this question at its face, and say Revolution.

/Colossus was pretty good, too.
//Magic Mountain sucks so much.

Gemini. Probably the most fun coaster I've been on. The ride actually has a lot air-time in the back and the head-choppers are great. The ride is also surprisingly smooth.

Beast is a close second.
