Yes, taken with my little no-frills digital camera while there July 15 & 19. Met a Hersyeypark employee while in line for Phantom the last night. I think Kennycon was the next day? He said the two parks have an agreement that allows Kennywood emplyees free admission Hersheypark, and vice versa. While I've been to HP several times, and like it very much, Kennywood seems to be more interested in retaining a nostalgic charm, especially evident at night.

On this trip I hit all the western Pennsylvania parks, even stopping by Conneaut Lake Park for a look. Waldameer is another very charming park. And Idlewild!

Awww, come on!!!

That's cheating! :)

I think there is a rule that says a "MINI" series can't go on for 8 days running!!

Peace, Big Mike

PTC

Postby montezooma » Tue Nov 18, 2008 5:26 pm

Well I thought I would get a quick post up before I head off to Orlando for the IAAPA convention. Look for coverage of the show here in my thread next week.

With the announcement of the new trains from Gravity Group I thought it would be fun to take a look back at this old PTC catalog. This is short and sweet but it pretty much covers all their products: Trains, Brakes & Gates.

See ya all next week!

It's a shame peope are so stupid that there is even a need for air gates.

^I've always been confused as why coaster stations always have air gates while train stations where a huge train is stopping and would pose much more danger than a coaster car only have a measly yellow line.(maybe people somehow lose all common sense when at an amusement park) :butt:
