Can I start the countdown to the family's lawsuit alleging that Six Flags made it too easy to get into a restricted area? Why, those two six-foot fences with "RESTRICTED AREA" signs practically beg you to scale them.

I did this Photochop last year. Turns out it was for the wrong ride.

This should be nominated for a Darwin Award.

While I have pity for the kid's family, I have no pity for the kid himself. If your going to ignore common sense and the fences and warning signs that have been put up for your own safety, than you probably deserve to to be die, especially if it's for something as idiotic as grabbing the feet of a rider. Sorry if that seems heartless, but I just can't pity people who ignore common sense on an enormous scale.
This is my signature. Deal with it.

Proof yet again that the christian groups of kids are the worst-behaved at the park.

Which came first the turtle or the donkey?

How stupid can people be. Imagine what the family has to go through now because people don't know when to stop.

This B&M donkey is so smooth!

Warning signs are there for a reason.

I actually reported someone for breaking through a fence at El Toro SFNJ earlier this month. I was walking around shooting video/pictures and saw 2 girls breaking off pieces of a fence and crawl through it (this was by the lift hill). I passed a park employee on my way over to the ride entrance, where there was usually a security guard. The employee said they saw the girls breaking through the fence and had already radioed security. The park employee passed by me a few minutes later after security arrived and said "yep, we got them". They were inside the ride area, probably trying to retrieve something they lost.

Whatever you lost, isn't worth losing your life

People will always find a way to place blame on the park. I don't know how but someone will find a way.

Nope.

If there is a lawsuit I hope it crashes and burns. I think Six Flags would be able to defeat it, but it would costs them millions anyway.

If they try are they going to blame them because the signs weren't big enough or the fences not being eletric.

^^^ No, if they are sued, they will probably settle, not win. That's what usually happens when someone sues a park, I think. Shouldn't be that way in this case, but if there is a lawsuit, it'll probably go that way.
