Klotten Park - A New Theme Park Review Video!

Postby robbalvey » Wed Feb 06, 2008 2:05 pm

Hey everyone!

Here is another clip from Coaster Expedition Volume 9. This time around it's from Klotten Park in Germany where you'll find lots of "self-operated" rides and one really kick A$$ coaster!

This park is so screwed up it's AMAZING! Hope you enjoy the video!

I love those TPR antics.
"I got you a flower."
"Awww... die die die die!"
:lmao:

It kind of sucks that there aren't any self-operated-ride parks like Klotten in the U.S. It looks like an extremely fun place to visit.

^Yeah, I really liked it too.

If it wasn't for the job I had this past summer, I probably would have pulled a Jow and gone on the Germany add-on. Oh well. Awesome DVD though!

Andrew W.K.! Nice choice of music there Robb. Boy, Heiße Fahrt looks like the best wild mouseish coaster in existence. Here's to hoping I have the money and time in the future to experence a TPR trip fully. :)

Definitely one of my favorite segments on the DVD! The editing was amazing and I really liked the song and it really does a good job of showing how ****ed up the park really was.

That looks like a really cool park, especially that coaster and Chute-type ride. What song was that? It was very catchy...

Why do I still have a donkey title???

This place is why I wish I had stayed on for the mini-Europe part of the trip. Great segment of a great DVD.

They would be closed within a week from lawsuits, or some other excuse. Silly American children! Like that coaster, if you can touch the floor, I doubt we'd even see the plans in a park in the U.S.

...although...eh nevermind.

I loved Klotten. Seriously one of my favorite parks ever. I kind of wonder though if it wouldn't be as special if I lived in Europe and that sort of place was more common and accessible for me... but for now I will continue to love Klotten and its anti-American ways! I had just watched the DVD this morning, it was awesome
