Homer Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 INDEX (bold = latest update) Day 0/Intro: Airport/Coney Island- You got some Coney bucks? (this post) Day 1: Holiday World- New for 2008, Wagon: The Ride! Day 2: Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom- Italian Buffet = KFC with Cilantro Day 2.5: Beech Bend- Future Jeff Foxworthy Routine Day 3: Indiana Beach- Yes there's more than Corn... Day 4: Little A-merrick-a- No Comment. BONUS: Homer versus the Toboggan! INTRO Hi, my name is Carl, but you can also call me Homer. I have just gotten back from an AMAZING trip around the Midwest that was really fun and tiresome at the same time. Before the TPR forums, I always enjoyed reading and watching the TPR videos and updates and like any coaster fan, at least meet up and hang out with Robb and Elissa. I barely go out to parks due to the lack of transport and sometimes cash. However, after months of slaving sandwich orders behind a counter, it was all worth it just for the amazing time I had at the parks with the TPR crew. I have met some awesome and nice people on this trip and it makes me want to save up more money for a future trip. So, on to the TR of Day 0! DAY 0: Aiport/Coney Island- You got any Coney bucks? My day started out with a 4 AM wake up and a mad dash to the airport for a 6 AM flight out to Cincy to meet up with the TPR crew. I arrived at 10 AM and for about 2 hours, I got acquainted with a majority of the "celebrities" of the TPR forums and a special appearance by Kanye. At noon, the buses arrived for our trip to our government-protected top secret special bonus park, Coney Island. Driving in, this park had a kind of hometown feel to it. But now on to ride reviews. CREDIT #39- Pepsi Python Pepsi Python was the first Pinfari doom machine of the drip. A simple little Zyklon ride that was "eh..." in some seats and "OW!" in others. Worth it if you're trying to pimp out your credits and only for one ride. FINAL SCORE: 4/10 After that, I walked around the park and rode some of the classic rides at the park such as the Rock-O-Planes, the "SUPER" Round Up, and the Moser tower. By about 3, I really wanted to leave, but the second fleet of TPR members arrived at 3 and we didn't leave until 5. The rest of the day was nothing more but a nice conversation under the trees near Pepsi Python. At the end of the day, we arrived at the Holiday Inn in Louisville and so the trip kind of "began" in a way right there. The biggest disappointment was that we thought Coney still had old flats like the Whip and Turtle. However, they were names for picnic pavilions and not classic rides (D'oh!). It was a nice day but things would just get awesomer from there. And well end Day 0 with a gay picture. Day 1 coming tomorrow! Also on this trip, somehow Casey became a pimp somehow. Bet you miss that harem now, Casey. We also took over the Tilt-A-Whirl. Moser tower goodness. We looked at the map, where is the Whip and Cuddle Up? Weiner. Its not just a round up... its a SUPER round up. The Rock-O-Planes, a crazy, painful but classic ride. After the death machine, we hit the slides. How ya doin', Tex? Looks like fun, rite? Ah, there's the Pinfari Death Machine. Nope, just some slides with some ghetto wood supports. IS THAT A WOODIE? The Waterpark was a popular attraction for the summer's sweltering heat. No Now on to Coney Island. Will the buses fit!? ALL HAIL FLOWERS! A chapel? In an airport? What's it pointing to? Jahan you sexy bitch. Dane and Kanye sport Waffle House hats. Kanye also gives the bird. Robb poses with the bags of crap.
spaceace12 Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Homer with real pics, not MS paint, yeah, I can't wait to see more, those look good.
PKI Jizzman Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Nice pics. I haven't been to Coney for a while...I want to ride that Moser Tower. -J "OMG...that's a Pinafari?!" Z
Homer Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 DAY 1: Holiday World- New for 2008 "Wagon: The Ride" So the trip "began" at Holiday World after our afternoon at Coney Island. We got on the bus at 8 and made our journey to Holiday World. Needless to say, Holiday World is an amazing park with great service although the park screams "install a B&M looper." But regardless, the wooden coasters were amazing (except for Legend, that one kinda stunk). On to ride reviews: #40 - Voyage (9/10) If there was a wooden coaster that was like Gwarzi, this is it. TPR ended up taking over the first rides of the morning for Voyage. All I can say is this: HOLY POO-POO! A great amount of air on each of the hops. A twister section that goes by in a blur. Even the newly added trims didn't really kill the ride and still made it crazy. Voyage easily became my favorite wooden coaster by far and made it on to #4 on my top 10. After Voyage, I took part in the fun of free soft drinks, did Gobbler Getaway, then rode Legend. #41 - Legend (5/10) This is the Gwazi of Holiday World. A fun little wooden twister coaster that was rough and painful. I still have a scab on my right thumb from that ride but it was not nearly as awful as Gwazi. It looked like such a fun ride, but this ride disappointed me a little and was rough. After Legend, it was time to ride Raven. #42 - Raven (8/10) Raven during the day is pretty "meh". However, during the night, it delivers an amazing airtime filled ride where you can barely see where you're going. The only peeves about this ride would be the slow lift and how short the ride felt. But it still felt intense flying through the woods at night. After Raven, Holiday World gave us a delicious and generous free lunch buffet that stuffed all of us, even though there were tons of leftovers. I think a caterer said "These guys eat less than those ACE people." Following lunch, TPR did a walkback of Voyage that gave us quite a few nice pictures and a takeover of Holidog, which resulted in some scarring pictures, water fights, me bonking my head real good on the playground, and of course... #43- Howler (4/10) Howler was just your average Zamperla kiddie themed to Holidog, the park's mascot. I didn't expect much and this ride delivered it. Oh well, this wasn't as pathetic as riding a certain kiddie at KI . After Holidog, we did more rides on Raven and Voyage. I also rode the rapids ride as well (which totally soaks you). After that, we went over to Splashin' Safari and rode their new slide Bakuli, which was a totally fun Toilet Bowl slide. For the rest of the night, I kept riding Raven since Voyage had some downtime until the end of the day. However, I regret not riding Voyage at night. Oh well, guess I'll have to come back here again some day. This park was amazing overall, with some nice wooden coasters and the greatest customer service I've seen at a park with the generous freebies of sunblock and sodas. I seriously wish more parks could become like Holiday World with these perks, but I guess other park's just need the dough. Also, I have a hilarious story to tell in the pictures. Here are the pictures We'll end this day with dinner. And we are no longer a traveling Revue show . SFKK coming later! It was no use slowing down and he barraged through trash cans like nobody's business. A worker stopped him at the bottom of the hill. Other guests were all laughing so hard at this incident. That made my day and I know these pics doesn't do the story justice. The little kid lost control, the mom panicked, and it was almost like that "Greased up saucer scene from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation." Alright, time for a funny story. A mom and two little kids were heading down the hill next to Raven's exit. The mom thinks the older kid could control the wagon down the hill. Hey pumpkin, mind if I carve ya? And of course, fun that is not for ages 8 to 88. A neverending lifthill. Howler had an intense layout. Time for Holidog, with the Zamperla stamp of approval on the butt. Ryan is all "Holy poo-poo, Voyage is ascending the lift!" Voyage walkback. So long but so many pics. The soaking rapids ride and of course, Voyage. Tex, Will, DANCE! Time for our picnic lunch buffet. Wait a second, since when did we become a show!? Eh, maybe not... ACErs and their vandalism. I'm still craven the Raven though! By taking this picture, I'm now on Chris' "People to hunt down" list. Time to satisfy the craven. Thank you Legend. Thumbs up for bloody thumbs! How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? The Legend of mediocre wood coasters. Hi Laura. "I'm not afraid to use this bear mace on you. Whoops, crapped my adult undergarments." Save Thanksgiving? From who? Kim Jong Il? Now time for the shoo... I mean "calling" dark ride. "I love you Pepsi." - Homer J. Simpson Jesus died on the cross for free soda at Holiday World. And a poor man's ORP! [i'm in the dark orange shirt] And its awoken, and I rode it. I am thankful for good wood. So close... Look at that fine craftsmanship. The Logs were testing during our walkback. Look at those sticks. The Legend. Yeah... As Casey would put it... "LESS IS MORE!" For those of you who love scrapyard pictures. Raven looks so innocent during the day. I will not make a stupid through the trees joke, I will not make a stupid through the trees joke... Our day started with a walkback through the woods of the Raven and Legend. Chuck is "Craven the Raven, maybe something else too..." Waiting for the park to open. Raven starts to test. Wow, we're special. Oh, hey Will! The entrance of Holiday World. Just like Wally World! After two hours of looking at corn, you see this huge pile of timber.
Spookbaby Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 *does a little dance* (in a sing song voice) I got a shout out! Because I'm freakin' awesome! And everybopdy knows it! I mean erm... ummm... thanks.
bgwfreak Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Greatest TR ever!!! LOL that takes me back to the old school days on TN. I propose that all PTRs must now include at least 3 MS Paint pics.
Homer Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 ALL TR's, other Wes? No, just no. At least I'm not planning on doing more MSPaints for the other trip reports nor am I going to milk it as often. Thanks for all of the comments though. Laura, I'll do the second best thing and swim in my pool with my clothes on in order to simulate "Congo Falls." Wes, I don't have a tivo nor am I really that tired, so I'm doing second best thing and just posting crap. SFKK either later tonight or tomorrow.
Spookbaby Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Thanks for all of the comments though. Laura, I'll do the second best thing and swim in my pool with my clothes on in order to simulate "Congo Falls." Fine. I guess I'll just have to settle for that then. But I want proof damnit. p.s. What am I missing with the whole Tivo thing?
Homer Posted August 15, 2007 Author Posted August 15, 2007 Day 2: Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom- Italian Buffet = KFC with Cilantro After a long day at Holidog World, we start day 2 of the trip with probably the most generous park on the trip by far, Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. When we got there for our ERT, we probably got the best news ever. Originally we had Chang, Twisted Twins, and Thunder Run for our ERT (plus DeLuge ERT later). However, Thunder Run was broken, but we ended up getting ERT on TWO more coasters (T2 and Greased Lightnin'). By far, this park totally owns. Missed Credits: Thunder Run (downtime) On to the ride reviews: #44- Chang (7.5/10) Another one of the better B&M stand ups out there. Chang basically 1up'd Mantits' layout and then some. A great stand up, but I still think Georgia Scorcher is better. #45- T2 (1/10) If there was one blemish the park had that I wish they would scrap or refurb, it'd be T2. Aside from cracking paint and kudzu all over, this smiley basically sums up T2: . #46- Twisted Twins (Blue Side) (5.5/10) Only one side was working for our ERT and it was the Blue side. It was a decent ride with lots of twists, but the jackhammering sometimes took away from the fun. #47- Greased Lightnin' (7/10) I love these old Schwarzkopf's and this one was pure fun. The flywheel launch, the forceful loop, the spikes. All good fun and this was worth a few rerides as well. Credit?- DeLuge (8/10) Out of all these "water coaster/master blaster" slides, this one was easily one of the best. There was lots of floater air all around the ride. It felt kind of weird that this ride is powered by LIM's. Last but not least, I felt like this ride was a little too short but darnit, it was great fun. Here's hoping that DeLuge becomes the next Tornado! #48- Road Runner Express (6.5/10) A nicely themed little family wild mouse. I liked how this one ran with basically no trims and how wild the turns were. Other than that, it was still a typical Mack mouse. A lot better than Cheetah Chase at Busch Gardens Africa. #49- Roller Skater (5/10) Another no frills Roller Skater. A fun ride and thats just about it. I liked how this one was shaded in trees though. #50- Twisted Twins (Pink Side) (6/10) The other side of Twisted Twins did not come up until about a half hour before we had to leave the park. So I made a mad dash to get to my 50th credit, Twisted Twins Pink. Was it worth all the running in the heat? Maybe yes, maybe no. The ride itself though was fun and had a lot more air than the other side. Now onto the park itself, SFKK was overall a very nice park in the SF chain with a nice selection of rides. This park was also probably the most generous of parks in this entire trip. The Italian Buffet (seriously, it was not "KFC with some Italian sauce") was very good and the park handed out a buttload of freebies on every table (a jumbo size map, a pin, some coasters, etc.). Also, I liked how at the near end of our feast, Bugs and Daffy came out to play and resulted in a nice little fiasco involving Tex that I bet will be on the next DVD. All in all, the park's management was very generous and nice. Hopefully someday I will make it back to this park, whenever they install a new ride or if they get Thunder Run working. In the meantime, THANK YOU for such an awesome day Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom! Now on to the part more people care about most than text, pictures! Run Bugs, Run! Beech Bend coming tomorrow. Maybe I'll post the movie later. Hi Joe. TPR took over Greezed Lightnin'. How'd Jahan taste? This is going to be my car. Since we were in the Midwest, we needed at least ONE cow picture. Our picnic shelter gave a nice view of GL. Hi Joe, Hi Derek! Ah, there we go. At least SFKK didn't think we were a traveling revue show. Time for the Italian Feast. And no, it was not "KFC with Cilantro." I like the look of the fish on the sign. Shawn posing with the Five Flags. Employees having ERT? A picture of track. How creative of a caption is that? Because we needed a station shot. Roller Skater, I liked how this one was canopied by trees. Tornado, a fun slide. I have to show some props to an Old Skool USF attraction. You could see this building from literally almost everywhere in the front end of the park. A better picture of the zany nice theming. A decently themed mouse and I like how it ran nearly trimless. Hey Erik, this should be your van. Greased, Greezed, whatever. I love you Anton. It's like a game of Twister, without the mat or the spinner thingy. The waterpark looked very nice and in the back, theres DeLuge. Here's hoping DeLuge becomes the next Tornado! The station. Note the twistyness. Looks like fun, but this ride is not really photogenic. It was either this or be sued by a hair metal band. This ride is 5,280 feet high? Eat that Kingda Ka! Das boots. First missed credit on the entire trip. Hope to ride you soon! Blizzard River looked like a decently themed rapids ride. Too bad I didn't have time to ride it. You know Schwarzkopf also makes professional hair care products, right? (also Chris, no I won't spike my hair!) The station is still red, more paint chipping, and kudzu all over. Hopefully SFKK gives this ride some love. I still remember the pain by looking at this photo. If you look closely, you can see the black paint chipping off. At least its not themed after the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. Oh god... Best stand up on the trip by far. Inversion or not? You decide! Sexy dive loop action. Morning beautiful! First steps outside the back entrance of the park and Chang is waking up.
spaceace12 Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 If you missed Thunder run, consider yourself lucky, that hurt when I rode it in May.
Homer Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 Day 2.5: Beech Bend - Future Jeff Foxworthy Routine. So, I was eagerly awaiting Beech Bend for two reasons. One, Rumbler of course, practically the reason to visit this park. The other, to meet up with a girl named Allison I've been meaning to meet for a few years. She happened to be at Beech Bend that day so... lets review the day! If there's anything else I could say about the park, I seriously hope they kinda make the park look more "concrete" (not too concrete like Cedar Fair parks). I just don't want to feel like I am at a carnival and hopefully Rumbler makes this park skyrocket in popularity. It has potential, I just hope over time it doesn't seem so "carny." #51- Dragon (2/10) Meh, another Orient Express, but a bit painful on the lift. Whee... #52- Looping Star/Brief Encounter/Dora (3/10) Somewhat rough, but it made T2 seem even MORE painful. #53- Wild Mouse (6/10) Really fun spinning Wild Mouse. Despite slow loadings, the ops were really fun and this mouse spun... ALOT. Good times. #54- Kentucky Rumbler (8/10) The only reason to visit this park, a nice hour of ERT, and we had the GCI guys with us. Here's hoping Gwazi gets those MILF [Millennium Flyer] trains (they were comfortable on Rumbler). The ride itself, good fun, surprise airtime, tosses you around alot (not painful). Overall great fun. And we will end this trip review with ducks. So drat cute. Apparently, TPR fangirls are a rarity. You're Welcome Alison! Wii. Rumbler in the sunset. Mmm. Mmm, Rumbler. The op (guy with mic) had alot of personality and thoroughly studied RCDB. Did you know Rumbler goes 400 miles per hour? No? Well, now you know! Now on to the best ride in the park by a million miles. Unless its the Haunted House (which I never got a chance to do ) Your park might be a redneck park if you can't afford dumpsters. (puts gun to head for making a really horrible joke) It was fun and the ops here had personality and they make sure you spin... ALOT. Angled Mouse. Rodents, this ride IS Elissa friendly, right? Whats next? None other than the first Spinning Mouse of the trip! I've just sealed my virginity in a Ziploc bag by taking this picture and writing this TR. D-d-d-d-d-Dora! It looks painful from the queue. Its a star at the park... What coaster is this? This ride did not have the "Key West lifestyle" down. First coaster of the day, the Dragon. Ugh painful lift... Welcome to Beech Bend. Today's special guest: Allison! (she posts more often over at CoasterForce, but whatever)
Homer Posted December 19, 2007 Author Posted December 19, 2007 Boredom from winter break made me actually want to update my TR. I wonder how many replies this is going to get? Day 3: Indiana Beach- Yes, there's more than Corn... What can I say about Indiana Beach? A lot. It may have been the biggest surprise of the trip in terms of awesomeness. The crammed atmosphere and boardwalk made it feel like I was on the Jersey Shore, not some man-made lake in the middle of Indiana. I quote Robb, "Many enthusiasts call this 'The Blackpool of America'." It did live up to this quote, as a majority of rides are shoehorned into the park (and I wouldn't be surprised if Steel Hawg continues the trend). The day itself was fun, but it was cloudy the entire day. Rain became an annoyance later at night during our ERT, to when it was moved from Cornball Express and LoCoSuMo to Den of Lost Thieves and the Bumper Cars. Fascination IS the world's greatest midway game. And that's basically our day at Indiana Beach. So, on to the ride reviews: #55 - Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain (7.5/10) One of CCI's last hurrahs before its 2002 bankruptcy, it was interesting to note that LoCoSuMo was once a dark ride that's been turned into a roller coaster. If anything, this was the first WTF ride on the Midwest trip. An elevator lift, a bunch of wild mouse styled turns, then the greatest statue ever made; a bear wearing Mardi Gras beads. My only gripe with this ride would have to be the claustrophobic trains, but other than that, it was a fun ride with its odd charms. #56 - Ti'grr Coaster (7/10) This ride makes me miss Anton Schwarzkopf even more, but I also felt this ride didn't belong in America. Absolutely NO restraints at all! A surprise. Still a fun ride though, like all Schwarzkopf's. #57 - Cornball Express (8.5/10) Probably my favorite CCI out of all the ones I have rode. This is another great woodie on the Midwest trip and there was plenty of air throughout the course. A little bumpy, but a great ride. #58 - Hoosier Hurricane (7/10) One of CCI's breakout rides that made the company famous, the Hurricane parallels the entire park and stays the most dominant thing in the park's skyline. But the ride was a disappointment, a fun out section with airtime, but the back section was just rough. #59 - Galaxi (6/10) Another fun Galaxi credit. Nothing to write home about. Other fun rides at IB worth your time: Fascination It's not a ride, but its serious business. Den of Lost Thieves Sally's first shooting dark ride, DOLT was a fun ride. Rainbow Another fun flat ride that has some crazy forces. Skyride Gives off some nice views of the entire park. Double Shot Another fun S&S shot tower. The smaller towers are always better than the bigger towers. Bumper Cars Probably the best bumper cars I have ridden. I'll end this TR with the truth. There's also beans and broccoli in Indiana as well. Mount O coming up someday. Cap'n Crunch! Water Swing was also a fun ride with a neat gimmick. Over the water. It looked like a fun ride though. While I didn't ride, in 2006, Indiana Beach added America's first splash battle. Its inside the waterslide tower! A fine example of Indiana Beach's shoehorning. Galaxi was next and well, wheres the ride!? Signature shot! Hurricane is the biggest ride in the park. Also, Cornball weaves through the structure. Although its not really a photogenic coaster. Cornball was next and a surprise on the trip. The only thing between you and certain doom are those grab bars. That's what makes Ti'grr fun! Ti'grr at dusk. Ti'grr coaster is a classic Schwarzkopf. Air Crow was a fun pair of flyers and the first flyers I've ever rode. The Skyride gives off some nice views of Lost Coaster. But LoCoSuMo's unique feature for a coaster is it's elevator lift. The park says its bone rattling though. No matter how hard you look at it, you can not comprehend LoCoSuMo. Ti'grr Coaster and Cornball. The bridge gives off some nice views of Hurricane. Although I didn't snap a good picture of it, you enter IB through a swinging bridge. Welcome to Indiana Beach.
FLIPDUDE Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Homer, absolutely kickass TR having alot of fun reading it. Keep it up! However youre using the text portion of the TR just to review rides, youre completely missing out the entire storyline of the day!
ebl Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 OK, so where is that Theme Park Revue playing? I'd like to get tickets... Anyway, nice Photo TR. I hope to take such a trip one day. Eric
downunder Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Wow, I was on this tour? Ahh, Cornball we have the perfect spot for that one in Sydney.
Homer Posted December 22, 2007 Author Posted December 22, 2007 Thanks for the comments everybody. I should have added the Taco Bell closet portion to the Indiana Beach thing. Day 4: Little A-merrick-a- No Comment. So today was another long drive day. After cutting through a "theme park" called "Chicagoland," which is by far the worst theme park ever since it was a just a drive through I-294. Although we did get an "Oasis" credit where there was an array of food built over the highway. It was an interesting diversion and for Will... well, trying to win at Elissa Bingo. The Oasis was nice, I admit, and might I say I love Oreo McFlurries. We were eventually in Wisconsin. And Wisconsin was just like Indiana... more corn... and well, cheese. After more driving through the rural backroads, we eventually ended up in a small mom and pop park known as Little A-merrick-a. The park was very hospitable towards us and well, we were offered a sneak peek of their new for 2007 ride, Meteor, a relocated Herschell junior woodie. The park also contains a nice selection of old school rides as well. On to the ride reviews: #60- Meteor (7/10) I love the smell of fresh wood in the morning. The ride was bare bottom smooth for a wooden coaster. Although it was not intense, it was a pleasant family ride. Here's hoping Meteor continues to give out nice little rides for years to come. #61- Toboggan ( /10) Riding a Toboggan is a passage into manhood in the way of how many uncomfortable elements you can cram into a small space. The experience is kind of like being put in a trash can down a hill. A chuggy vertical lift, a series of helixes, and some small but painful airtime hills make up this experience. But oh God... it was horrible. #62- Kiddie Coaster (of DEATH!) (4/10) If you remember reading Robb's 2005 Midwest update, this was the infamous coaster with a graveyard behind it, hence the (of DEATH!) in the title. The little hills were painful, it was "no frills" of course, but I had the joyous bliss of the train overshooting the brake run. #63- Mad Mouse (5/10) Mad Mouse should have had the "Bone Rattling experience" sign in front of the ride. The entire circuit was shaky and the coaster seemed like it had better days. Did I also mention there were barely any restraint. Another intense experience and I also liked the layout of these old school Schiff mice. Other flat rides and such: "Monorail" A pleasant trek around the park, provided for some interesting shots. Roll-o-Plane A fun old school flat ride. Its like an actually fun version of Toboggan. I liked it. After a short and fun diversion, it was off to the Dell's to take on a park that was a little disappointing... none other than Mount Olympus. But well end this trip report on a high note with a fun wild mouse. I like to thank Little A-merrick-a for the sneak peek of Meteor and the nice atmosphere. It's worth a "Sunday drive" over to the park. Mount Olympus coming soon. Don't be shy to comment! ...and then some turds. I checked out their arcade. And they had some gems... At the end of the visit, my nerdiness got in the way. This park earns 300 cool points for a Mario themed ride. Meanwhile... Shapiro... please build Nintendo World? I like the design on the sides of the trains though. Despite the rickety-ness, Mad Mouse was a bone rattling experience. God? Zombies! (or the reason why the Kiddie Coaster is called "The Kiddie Coaster... of DEATH!") I liked this shot. Meanwhile, Robb... (rolls eyes) But this part was hell! This part wasn't as bad. Big... open... spaces... big... open... spaces... I can still feel the claustrophobia looking at this pic. Oh God... DREW! It's the end! HEADCHOPPER! Because fresh planks of wood is awesome. Behind the scenes of Roller Coasters in the Raw. "I know there's a Balder in you!" The big attraction, Meteor. Look at those fresh planks of wood. Yep, we're here. Are you sure we are at Little A-merrick-a? However, the Oasis did take some of the boredom out. How is that Powerthirst treating you, Erik? (If you don't get it: ) Man, Chicagoland was such a bad theme park.
FLIPDUDE Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 Very nice TR. Can't see any similiarties between Toboggan and Roll o planes though besides the fact both spin and make you go "WTF just happened to my body?!"
