It's still ambitious, but it's also realistic and affordable. Nothing outrageous. No expensive licenses either. Backed by industry veterans.

I fully expect this park to open by 2015, but you're absolutely right: it's a long way to go "until the first guest enters through the front gate".

I'll visit when it opens. Nice to see some dark rides.
