^So it was kinda like a stuffed cupcake? Regular cupcake stuffed with raw cupcake batter in the middle? Looks amazing whatever it is!

I love reading you recipes on here Brandy, those butterscotch cookies/bars look amazing. I'm not much of a baker (with the exception a Derby Pie annually around the first Saturday in may) but reading this thread makes me want to buy a mixer and try some of theses recipes out!

^Yeah. I think they call them 'filled' cupcakes.

^That's awesome, I've never been a huge fan of raw cake or brownie batter or cookie dough but there's a world of possibilities with a "filled" cupcakes.

I'm not finding an abundance of recipes for that specific kind of cupcake, so I'm going to try to put something together myself and see what I can come up with. I do have a tool to insert fillings into cupcakes, etc., so I just need to find the respective recipes for the cake, filling, and icing.

As far as the blondies go, I just found a recipe titled "The BEST Blondies-Ever!" It has most of the same ingredients as the butterscotch bars I made, that is until you get to the pecans and Ghirardelli white chocolate chips. Yum! I think I'll try this recipe first and see how it goes.

You're dead to me.

:lmao: I actually prefer the batter or dough to the finished product myself!

I'm sorry I guess I was just sheltered as a child or something  . I'm going to consider never acquiring a taste for the batter an advanced dieting technique, if I had been eating the before and the after all of he years I wouldn't fit on any coasters!

I'll ask Deena about that cupcake. She's usually pretty good at re-creating things we've seen on TV or whatever. And since we were planning on making cupcakes the next time we have baking time, I think we'll see if we can make those.
