http://www.myfoxorlando.com/dpp/news/local/122211-whale-who-killed-seaworld-trainer-ill

Tilikum, the whale who killed SeaWorld trainer Dawn Brancheau in February 2010 when he grabbed her and dragged her underwater, is ill.

SeaWorld says trainers noted a change in Tilikum's behavior this past week and moved him into a medical pool that allows trainers and veterinary staff to closely monitor his progress.

SeaWorld says Tilikum is continuing to interact with his trainers and shows signs of improvement and zoological staff will continue to monitor his health closely and treat Tilikum.

This is so upsetting! I'll miss that rank smell by just a week... First they took Jaws away from me, and now this!

In regards to Coke/Pepsi thing.... I like it for the most part. I'll miss my Mountain Dew, but when it comes down to colas, I prefer Coke over Pepsi.

^ The Mountian Dew thing occurred to me at Shamu stadium last night, I do love a nice cold Sprite though. Tilikum is very noticeably absent from the show. The folks at Seaworld have to be sweating that whole thing big time. Anyone on this forum would be lucky to get the healthcare that whale is getting right now.

I have been making a point to visit the penguins even though, you know, they smell like fermented bird crap. I have been courted with by a penguin at Seaworld her name was Lily and she was lovely. :lover: She was apparently quite into me, so I got that goin on.

When I visited SWO I only saw brief parts of One Ocean, and not the entire show, but I did see Tilikum's performance, and WOW. That is one massive whale. Hopefully he'll recover.
