They added the last couple pieces to Windseeker last night and only needs the UFO-type piece now. To say the least, the thing is huge when seen in person, and I'm sure photo's dont do justice for it's size.

Great to hear that its topped off minus the UFO thing, lets see just how quick this thing finally opens! Hopefully they will have everything figured out on this one so it opens with fewer delays than the other windseekers. I havent had a chance yet to see the tower, I cant wait to see what it looks like on the Knott's skyline.

With it's color scheme and no topper piece, it looks like a big yellow pencil...even more so with the different color scheme up top...makes it look like an eraser.

I was in the area and drove by Knott's tonight and saw Windseeker, that thing is HUGE!! No pics can do it justice! (I took a crappy nightime photo on my iphone so forgive quality but this is it topped off.)

That was a pretty funny video! I've always wondered, if someone from far away entered these types of contests, it's up to you to get to the park right? For instance, if I were to enter and win, I'd have to fly to LA and get to Knotts?
