The first park my girlfriend Jessy and I visited this year was EsselWorld in Mumbai, India. EsselWorld seems to be one of the bigger and nicer theme parks in India. The park is clean, nicely landscaped and well maintained. To get to EsselWorld, usually you have to take a boat.

First some pictures of the beach from where the boats left:

Next to EsselWorld is this giant pagoda. More pictures of the pagoda later on in this review.

Our first ride of the day was the well-themed darkride "Monsters in the Mist". Well, it sure was misty because some of the animatronics were hard to see. It sure was a nice darkride though.

Don't visit Monsters in the Mist during your period ladies! Sure... what??

There was an ice-skate ring which looked really nice from the outside. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of it. There was even a bowling alley:IMG_2664.JPG.1835ce9bd672c882abe5cf982443d3d7.JPG

It was a few days after Christmas when I visited the park, so there was still some Christmas decoration:IMG_2665.JPG.d2fe34806f6aed6573294e72926fb8e4.JPG

The first rollercoaster we did, the Pinfari Hoola Loop. A nice little coaster which was not too rough:IMG_2673.JPG.a9d560323ff75fa652658884aa74ec4d.JPG

Also don't visit the Hoola Loop during your period!

Being European, my girlfriend and I seemed to be the main attraction. Not only in the park, but in the entire India. A lot of people were looking at us, taking pictures of us, or asking us to take pictures with them. Some examples:IMG_2676.JPG.0d6bec7bdeda9c7b37ddcad8fb9c5a46.JPG

Me and my Indian fans

Even parents asked if I could pose with their kids!

The second coaster of the day was the small and rough Zipper Dipper:IMG_2690.JPG.6ef1557181677de0a2c335c4ba22d564.JPG

"I want to be on your picture"

Nope, you're not allowed in the mirror maze during periods...

There was even a small temple in the park

Then, there was the wettest watercoaster EVER! You sure got soaked in this thing, that is why we skipped it. There were even changing rooms!IMG_2714.JPG.9e556ead5746f38cb615240b911cf4f7.JPG

Change clothes or have another ride?

The final coaster we did was the Zyclone, a nice (smooth!) small coaster:IMG_2735.JPG.a2ac3aa13a369902c046f39ef016a547.JPGIMG_2736.JPG.604adc42a902cad151c7ddfbdd068af6.JPG

Then, our visit to EsselWorld came to an end. It is really worth visiting should you be around. Entrance-fee is peanuts in comparison to European parks (you even get a coupons for a free softdrink and a free game!) and they sure got a nice collection of rides. Some last pictures:IMG_2738.JPG.6b8dcf91548f50fd5dedce7c6a2b88c0.JPG

Listen to Hippo!

EsselWorld also got a waterpark. It looked nice, but we didn't visit it.

Happiness

Like I wrote before, there is a huge pagoda next to EsselWorld. You can easily spot it when arriving by airplane. They are still building it, but even now it is nice to take a closer look at it:IMG_2760.JPG.8b97f77f4ff70b800df6a5982a7c4837.JPGIMG_2761.JPG.9d82eb0783a8f725b2837c286eef5491.JPGIMG_2769.JPG.89a608382e1e6605e070b8ad878e76aa.JPG

Hope you enjoyed my report!
