Off topic, but does Kings Island still host a "dry run day"? I went to 2 or 3 of those back in college when my roommate worked there and he gave me the free tickets.

Not sure about a dry run day, but they used to open the park on the first weekend in april before cedarfair took over. I thi k they used to have a season passholder preview day, but can't remember.

I'm still wishing on going on Flight of Fear someday, I haven't been to Kings Island in a loong time! Great photos, it looks nice! I also really love the carnival style lights on Windseeker!

Nice trip report,I was there on opening of the park. I think I ran into you and said "TPR". You were wearing an Theme Park Review jacket and shirt.

That was probably me you ran into. I have a TPR shirt and TPR zippie hoodie and I was wearing them both that day. Every coaster that was running ran perfectly great and i enjoyed them all.

Since the new style restraints have been put on flight of fear, the ride has been very enjoyable. Now if they can only do something about the train comming to a complete stop furring the midcourse........

I wish they put themeing back in the Flight of Fear,I remeber the strobe lights in the building,the fog,and the lights going off and on when it lauch. They took the flag thing out of the area were the entrance is,which made me kinda sad. I like that flag thing,I thought it made it look like an real government top secert base.
