EOC had some really good pizza.

I will miss the peanutbutter and jelly pizza. :(

First, thanks so much for the cornucopia of BTS shots. It's embarrassing how hard I geeked out over the trains in the Breakers lot.

Second: what ON EARTH are peanut butter and jelly pizzas!!??!?!??! I'm caught between "disgusted" and "intrigued..."

Imagine heaven on earth. =)

It was like a regular pizza, minus cheese, pizza sauce, and typical pizza toppings. It was just the pizza dough, and peanut butter and jelly.

There is a place out by me that still has it. Anybody ever heard of a pizza joint called "american pie"?

I never get why people are turned off by Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza... It is the same as the sandwhich, except for bread you have pizza crust. All else is the same. No pizza sauce, cheese, anything. The pizza part makes it incredible! They usually melt the PB and pour it over the crust and place the jelly on top then throw it in the oven. Perfection!

I think people "think" it has pizza sauce and other toppings, along with peanut butter and jelly.

^ Kinda like people thinking that peanut butter chicken wings are just wings coated in peanut butter when it is actually Chinese peanut sauce in melted butter (they're good tho!). I had never visited EoC, but every time we went by, it was either closed or did not look very busy. Guess it was simply a fluke on our part. If we were looking for a place to eat outside of CP, we usually ended up at the Thirsty Pony down at the corner. The hotel sucks, but the restaurant is decent and they have good beer on draft! ;)

Anywho...great report! Really cool seeing CP in the offseason and you definitely got some great shots. I notice some things are covered in plastic wrap, but most of the coaster trains are not. I assume they will wrap those before they get too much exposure to the harsh winter elements?

Holy crap you have a HUGE donkey!

They wont be wrapped. It wont be much longer before they are brought inside to be taken apart.

Thanks to all for the PB&J pizza insights... There's got to be a place in SoCal that offers something like it. Will have to hunt this down.

With all the weird food offerings in California, there has to be a place that has it.
