^ Mean Streak being trimmed had nothing to do with insurance. It was because the ride was tearing itself apart and was costing >$250,000/year to maintain.

no problem Hercules, id expect it from you and as usual i agree with everything youve said. but as you also know, for the most part i like what CF has done to Dorney, im just thankful to have Knoebels in close proximity to relive my memories of what Dorney used to be in my youth. i wish i woulda bumped into you at PPP, maybe next year ill have to dress up as alfundo :lmao:

Well yes, but I believe it was also for insurance reasons too. Hercules was the same way. It was tearing itself up. However, even after the trims it was a lot of cost to maintain. So, I think it was partically for insurance reasons too, as it was really rough and there were complaints from riders.

derek and nicole it was nice to meet you this weekend. Knoelbels was great but dorney was the worst halloween event that I have ever been to.
