Bay Beach looks like an awesome little park! The Zippin Pippin looks great, too. I found this to be kind of funny. The shot you took of the "Coming Soon" sign, looks a lot like the Grizzly at California's Great America, but hte only difference is the Zippin Pippin sign Photoshopped in! Take a look at the comparison below. Why would such a park use that ride?! WHYYYY.

My wife and I went and checked it out on Sunday! KInda sad we didn't make it out for the open but they pushed it back 2 weeks right on our already planned pilgramage to Cedar Point. I definately would echo the comment on the 2nd to last airtime hill. Not going to lie it is the single most unexpected moment of ejector air i can recently remember! So glad I only live 2 miles away and costs a buck a ride! It is like a choice on the dollar menu!!!!
