Fight On Junior Seau. One of the all time greats at both USC and in the NFL. Sad to lose such a great guy so early.

There's a unique statistic in regards to Seau's death.

Seau is now the 8th player from the 94' Superbowl team to die. (All of the players died before the age of 45)

After getting bashed around for all those years (He played for almost 2 decades) Who knows how all those hits effects the brain.

This situation is sad, he had an amazing NFL career, he's gone way before his time.

On April 30th Norwegian swimmer Alexander Dale Oen was found dead in the hotel bathroom during a training camp in Arizona, after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. He won silver medal in the 100-meter breaststroke final in the Beijing Olympics in 2008 and he won the 100-meter breaststroke final in the 2011 World Championship in Shanghai. He was our best hope for medals in the upcoming 2012 Olympics in London and he was really looking forward to it.

Very sad and shocking to see a young athlete, as well as a great guy, suddenly be gone just like that. Makes you wonder how much stress being a top athlete puts on the human body...

In memory of MCA's passing, baby Bean Connolly watched his first Beastie Boys video last night. This is the result.

I got my dad into the Beastie Boys, and this morning he told me the news. Very sad indeed.
