[RCT3] Mirai-Tekina World

Postby SixFlagsAstroworld » Tue Jun 21, 2016 12:27 pm

Here it is! Mirai-Tekina World! A Theme Park located near Tokyo, Japan.
This park will be updated every Wednesday and Sunday.

Brief history:
Mirai-Tekina World used to be an abandoned factory until 1982 where construction on the park began.

Here's where we start:
A guy named Yuto, Who works for Tokyo's Newspaper, loves theme parks. He was excited when he found out he was going to cover trip reports for the new theme park, Mirai-Tekina World.

Here's his first trip to the park:

1984: Mirai-Tekina World Media Preview

Hi everyone! I'm Yuto! I'm very excited to attend the preview of Mirai-Tekina World!

This is a very fancy fountain!
Shot0631 (2).bmp
Time to enter the park!
Shot0632 (2).bmp
I love the main street area! The buildings look very nice!
Shot0634 (2).bmp
My favorite building is this restaurant. Very nice!
Shot0671 (2).bmp
The rides were being tested, but We were allowed to ride! (I'm not the only one in the media group) Roll-O-Plane was our first ride. Very fun
Shot0636 (2).bmp
Next up, Fire Falcon! You guys have no idea how much I'm looking forward to riding this!
Shot0637 (2).bmp
I love how the ride interacts with the queue
Shot0638 (2).bmp
There it is! Waiting for it's first riders!
Shot0640 (2).bmp
First Drop!
Shot0641 (2).bmp
Here comes the most exiting part!
Shot0646 (2).bmp
A loop, Airtime hill, Helix, and 2 Corkscrews!
Shot0648 (2).bmp
And the ride's over. I thought Fire Falcon was a little rough.
Shot0649 (2).bmp
One more shot of Fire Falcon
Shot0650 (2).bmp
I asked why there were areas of Mirai-Tekina World blocked off, and I was told that those area are not ready for the opening next week. At least there's something to look forward to!
Shot0651 (2).bmp
Enterprise was next
Shot0672 (2).bmp
Followed by Revolution.
Shot0652 (2).bmp
There's something I never seen before. A pipeline coaster called Ultra Twister. I was told that this was added 6 months ago.
Shot0658 (2).bmp
It's a bit rough, but it's awesome!
Shot0659 (2).bmp
Ferris Wheel fenced off.
Shot0669 (2).bmp
We rode Ring of Fire,
Shot0660 (2).bmp
And finally, Powersurge!
Shot0661 (2).bmp
Station Shot!
Shot0662 (2).bmp
I've seen Shuttle Loops, but never ridden one until now!
Shot0664 (2).bmp
This is very fast!
Shot0665 (2).bmp
For a moment, I thought we were going to fly off!
Shot0666 (2).bmp
Here we go again... BACKWARDS!
Shot0667 (2).bmp
Through the station...
Shot0668 (2).bmp
...and up a second spike!
Shot0670 (2).bmp
There was a buffet waiting for us when we got off Powersurge! The food at Mirai-Tekina Worls was delicious! See you next week at the opening!

Looks very good! :)

Is it possible you could acquire a license for something like Tokyo Mew Mew or Doraemon in the park's later years?

Here it is! My trip report for opening day!
Shot0673 (2).bmp
Wish me luck finding a parking spot
Shot0674 (2).bmp
Maybe I should have arrived here earlier...
Shot0675 (2).bmp
This is probably what most of my day will be like. Waiting in line
Shot0676 (2).bmp
The Theater is still not done yet.
Shot0677 (2).bmp
Roll-O-Plane and Fire Falcon attracted a lot of people
Shot0679 (2).bmp
Good News! Looping Star finished testing yesterday! It opened at the last minute!
Shot0680 (2).bmp
The fence pushed back to the exit of Looping Star
Shot0681 (2).bmp
Mirai-Tekina World, You're gonna need a bigger queue line.
Shot0683 (2).bmp
This is the nicest coaster I've seen in my life!
Shot0684 (2).bmp
Not to mention fun too!
Shot0686 (2).bmp
Weeee!
Shot0687 (2).bmp
I'm glad Looping Star opened with the park!
Shot0688 (2).bmp
PowerSurge broke down right before we got on. I waited in a 3 hour line for nothing.
Shot0689 (2).bmp
Ultra Twister had a lot of problems today. Fortunately, it reopened an hour before the park closed, so I got a ride without waiting!
Shot0690 (2).bmp
Just throwing this cool shot in. See you next time!

July 1984:

Well, Phase 2 of the park is completed. A new section next to Looping Star just opened up.
Phase 3 and 4 will be completed next year in 1985. Here's what's going to be included:

Phase 3: Kiddie section (theme not announced)

Phase 4: Kiddie Coaster and River Rapids

Let's see what rides are available in the new section of the park:
Shot0712.bmp
Back at Mirai-Tekina World!
Shot0713.bmp
Main Street shot!
Shot0714.bmp
Since it was Wednesday, The park wasn't that crowded today.
Shot0734.bmp
Awesome shot of Looping Star!
Shot0715.bmp
Even on the less crowded days, Looping Star's queue is always full. Why not check out those new rides across from the queue?
Shot0716.bmp
Why not crowd around the new Carousel or whatever that thing above it is?
Shot0717.bmp
This is a prototype design of a coaster on a rail. It's called Railcoaster
Shot0719.bmp
Splashout was not open today.
Shot0720.bmp
At least the station and queue looks nice...
Shot0721.bmp
... Unlike Railcoaster's station and queue. Seriously, It is the lowest this park has gone so far. I hope this gets improved soon.
Shot0723.bmp
Railcoaster wasn't attracting much of a crowd unlike Looping Star. At least it provides nice views of Looping Star and Splashout.
Shot0726.bmp
This coaster is pretty slow and contains small dips and leaps.
Shot0727.bmp
At least this is a good family coaster.
Shot0730.bmp
The station is still ugly.
Shot0731 (2).bmp
A new diner opened across from Revolutin
Shot0732.bmp
I pretty much rode Enterprise 5 times in a row
Shot0733.bmp
After riding some other rides a few times, I decided to catch PowerSurge before leaving. See you next time!
