The Angry Darren Mullins
I checked out the 2017/2018 edition of The Great European Carnival on Wednesday in Hong Kong. It is the fourth year in a row for the carnival to visit Hong Kong. I had a great time. I like how the ride lineup changes every year. This year, a spinning coaster from Zamperla called Crash Test is there. It felt a bit like a crash test, but it was nice to ride the real thing for a change. In fact, all of the rides there appear to be the real deal. I noticed the rides seemed to be put together better and had more sophisticated wiring systems in place than the mainland Chinese rides. There was also none of this nobody above 5'7" or who weigh more than 80 kg are prohibited from riding a coaster. It was just sensible operations throughout my visit. After that, it was back to the mainland to issue more failing grades to students as the result of my new classroom policies that have been put in place as the result of the Romon-U Incident. I am about to check out the latest edition of The Great European Carnival. Just inside the gate I found Spiral Slide #1... This wacky worm is called Family Roller Coaster. It is a newer model than the one at past carnivals. There did not seem to be as many rides this year and most of them are family rides. River Rafting is a portable rapids ride. Yes!!!!! A large coaster is here! Look up in the sky...it's a Golden Horse....no...Beijing Jiuhua...no wait! It's the real thing from a western manufacturer. It is called Crash Test. It felt a bit like it's name, but at least I didn't have to deal with mainland Chinese BS to ride it. That will finish the TR.
