jedimaster1227 Posted March 19, 2017 Share Posted March 19, 2017 Today Theme Park Review was invited to visit the Crayola Experience to check out Cirque Month at the attraction, a cross promotional event that brings the magic of Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba (shown daily at Disney Springs) to this attraction at the Florida Mall. Adding to the existing family fun to be had inside, new La Nouba artwork has been added to several offerings and most excitingly, two daily performances of a set of acts from La Nouba are performed live for guests of Crayola. If you've never seen La Nouba (or if you have and you just want to see part of it again), then this is a great introduction to the humor and wonder of the show. The show's signature clowns travel to the Florida Mall to share their pinata act, and three additional characters bring a balancing act that had everyone in the audience on their toes. A full band accompanies the performers, bringing the La Nouba music with them to back up the abstract performances. Having never been to the Crayola Experience before, it was a great chance to enjoy much of what the attraction has to offer. This event is a great excuse to come out and visit the Crayola Experience if you haven't yet, and fans of Cirque du Soleil will surely love the stunts and humor that the daily shows bring to The Florida Mall. With Cirque Month lasting until the end of March, there is much La Nouba artwork to be found throughout the attraction. The offerings inside are designed to engage children, like this exhibit where guests can make their own colored pencils... I couldn't resist! There is a clay modeling experience here... New Cirque du Soleil-inspired artwork can be found at many of the hands on, crearive attrations Twice a day Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba presents short segments from the larger show for guests of the Crayola Experience to enjoy. A clever designed for the child play! area And of course they have Dippin' Dots here! Our finished products... Guests can paint masks inspired by two of the La Nouba characters... The crayola mold experience allows you to choose a design, drop in the c It wouldn't be a TPR thing without me making a shark since the option was available. La Nouba's two clowns continue their antics even after all of these years. One of the balancing acts from La Nouba also performs at the Crayola Experience. The stunts are incredible to wait... All roads lead to the gift shop and here you can get almost every color of markers and crayona. Special thanks again to the Crayola Experience for hosting us today!
