Oaks: there’s this tiny cottage on(?) property with a large dog…the ballroom is also nice if you have a reason to go in, and the skating rink is cool even if you don't skate. EF: everything, since most of it isn’t rides.

Yes, several times. While at Seaworld San Antonio this past summer I was e-vac'd from Wave Runner. Right before they let us off they gave us bottles of water. Also, while at Disneyland we were e-vac'ed from The Jungle Cruise and we were given one skip the line pass.
