Despite the fact that you were shooting through a window and dealing with glare, those pictures from the top of the tower are stunning.

I'm loving this report.

I don't remember the smog being that bad in Shanghai, back on the tour in 2012.
I didn't take great photos, but they were clear when it came to building and long distance shots.

Shanghai's looking as nice as ever, Robb. The rock garden (Koi!) looks wonderful, too.
Oh, did you get to do an evening Harbor Cruise too? That was a great thing to do, back then.

How cool! I'm super jealous you got to visit the Shanghai Tower... I'm sort of a tall building geek.

Size wise, how does the castle compare to the Florida version?

I can't decide if I like the Shanghai Disneyland hotel or not, it looks really nice but something about it just doesn't feel like a typical Disney hotel. Again this is strictly my perception from behind a computer from a few thousand miles away but I can't really describe it. Pictures of it kind of remind me more of a cruise ship than a deluxe resort property.

Awesome pictures! I can't wait to see more and hear the TPR perspective I've come to know and trust of Shanghai Disneyland.

Wonderful photos! I actually felt like I was 'up there' - looking straight down from the top of the Shanghai Tower. It gave me a poignant chill, remembering that similar feeling I first had when taking friends to Windows on the World at the Twin Towers. The rivers winding below the Shanghai Tower had that same feel of NYC's Hudson River and East River flowing way, way below us.

Thanks for sharing such magnificent shots! Enjoy your holiday! :)
