Called it. :P

This ride looks like it's going to be themed quite well! I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out!

Anyone else think this would be an awesome replacement for Wild Arctic at Sea World Orlando?

Interesting element with real penguins that can be seen from the ride. After the integration of an aquarium and a ride in LEGOLAND Windsor; the next real animal and ride integration in a LEGOLAND park.

Sorry dude, I don't find anything about a manufacter in the press release.
Link?

LEGOLAND Billund today confirmed on their facebook page that the supplier is Zierer.

The concept artwork makes it look like a pretty cool addition to the park.

The fact they went with a Zierer over Intamin. I am wondering if this has something to do with the cost as im sure the complexity of the Intamin drop section over the Zierer one will add significant cost. Either way lets hope this one comes out well and allows for other Legoland parks to receive new coasters in the near future.

^By looking at the two systems...Intamin's system was far more complex, with hydraulics pulling the ride down, whereas this looks to be just a freefall, with no interruption.

I think the drops are still a gimmick...I mean without the drop section on this specific coaster, there wouldn't be much to fuss over. They're just using this as a way to advertise the coaster.
