froggypheebs
Great TR! They were some great photos that got me really excited for my trip here on Memorial Day weekend. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why would BGW keep all of those footers in place? I can only come up with either they were too expensive to remove or they are going to be used on whatever the new attraction is going to be. KDcoasterMAN
^ Its not really necessary to remove them at the time. My Guess is when ever they have to drain the pond for footer construction of the next incoming coaster they will pull them out of convenience. The station as well. I really think that the station sits on the new entrance to a new 'area' in upcoming seasons. Keep up the comments and questions!
Skycoastin Steve
Wait, so you didn't need a kid with you to get on the kiddie coaster? Not on Grover! That's why it is the best! Well that's awesome. The website says you do. I can get a new credit when I go there later this year!
Hercules
^^^ Dorney Park still hasn't removed the footers from the pond after Hercules' removal, and that was year's ago. I realize that Dorney isn't really planning on anything for that space, so there is no real need to remove them, but I also don't think Busch is in any kind of rush to remove the Big Bad Wolf footers either. redfoot12
So, I want a 100-word essay on "which B&M hyper you like more and why...Apollo's Chariot or Intimidator". This will be followed up with a "which Intimidator do you like more and why..."
KDcoasterMAN
I don't need a 100-word essay to say that Apollo's Chariot is the best. I have not ridden Nitro yet though. I only have three B&M hypers to credit for Intimidator, Goliath, and Apollo's Chariot. And Intimidator 305 blows everything I have ever ridden out of the water. The Intimidator update will be coming... eventually. Bogged down in exams for school. Hopefully tomorrow. WCS, next week.
KDcoasterMAN
After much effort... I have the final update from KDcoasterMAN's trip to Carowinds! Its Intimidator Love! KDcoasterMAN
Hey everyone... It's been awhile... The reason for the ending of my summer updates was due to a random camera... after getting wet at Carowinds on the 4/24, its usage has been sporadic... BUT! I believe I have fixed the problem and think I can return for another update for 2010... Howl-O-Scream 2010. Also, I am considering posting some past photos including the few I took at Cedar Point in May and at KD in June... And the rumored BGW 2009 update... If you want to see these with some witty captions, reply and you will recieve.
