Yes, you can use the Timberland Campground, which actually has a trail that leads behind the lake where Nitros hammerhead is. I dont know a lot about the campground. Ill try and PM you the phone number because I live so close!

^^ Never stayed there, but I heard that camp ground can get pretty bad noise wise due to the Six Flags employees staying there over the summer.

^I'm not too concerned about the noise. Ill be traveling with a group of relatively behaved 21 year olds. That being said we are still 21 year olds. I'm more concerned about my group making noise.

Which came first the turtle or the donkey?

Apparently what's new for 2013 will be announced August 30th. Everyone's guessing it's safari related as facebook message shows a picture of a chest and says "Where one door closes, another opens" or something like that.

What makes people think that clue is a safari reference. That clue makes me think dark ride.

^ Beats me. The one door closes, another opens thing seems to me to mean a coaster/ride is leaving, and another one is coming.

I forgot if it was the GM or President, but according to a Great Adventure fan site moderator, he talked to one of those people who said they were changing the Safari from a car drive version, to a tour guide version, sort of like the one at Animal Kingdom, but I don't think it'll be as themed.

I dont think it will be themed at all... I think this is a way to get more people to go since people are concerned about their cars... I think the pictures of monkeys on your car from the 90s doesn't exactly send a welcoming idea in the minds of todays BMW and Audi East Coast Drivers (me being one of them). It might also be an insurance move...
