I'll be there on Friday. I will try and get a few pics for an update.

I think Intamin should make a donkey!

Looking at those pictures, I think that I am going to like this better than BLSC! Even though I am still sad that BBW left, I think this will be better!
B&Ms are good rides, GCIs are great rides, Intamin rides are awesome, Arrow rides are bad...TOGO RIDES ARE GOD DARN AWFUL!!!

Whie Busch Gardens may be going for a "family coaster", I am starting to doubt that its so family-ish. 2 launches, a dark room with special FX, a drop section, and an 89 foot drop to the Rhine River? If I were a little kid, I would go on LNM befor Bolty, needless to say this is a good thing for us coaster enthusiasts! :airtime: :airtimer: :)

Why do I still have a donkey title???

I had a good look at the construction both Saturday and Sunday. I love the layout so far! Track construction inside the building should be finished within the next week.

On another note, HOS's scares have been amped up a bit from friends working in the mazes and from observations made going through scare zones in my spare time last Saturday. If you were a bit disappointed in the mazes and scare zones a few weeks ago, things have changed for the scarier.

I've considered working as a scareactor next year. Hearing the stories of people freaking out and peeing their pants must be fun to see in person. One of my friends managed to see a full-grown man crawl out of a maze because he was so scared.

I made it to HOS last night (Sunday October 16) and the park was surprisingly busy for a Sunday. The wait times for the mazes were around 45 minutes to an hour, so I opted for the Quick Que. I really liked the new mazes. Deadline was great, the last room really made the entire maze. I also thought 13 and Fear Fair were good. This was the first time I saw the work site for Verbolten, and its big. They seem to really be doing a ton of work during the week. The best view of the work site seems to be from the line Bitten. I just got a new camera and what better way to test it out than here.

I think this may have been discussed before, a while ago, but how does HOS compare between the two parks? I thought I had read that BGW was looking to move more away from a family event and make it more like the Tampa event.

Just posted some more (very awesome) leaked plans to the BGWFans Forums:Link Removed!

This time around, you don't need to sign up. The only thing I ask is that if you share them (please do!), share the link above, don't link directly to the pictures. Thanks and enjoy!

Also, we have two pictures of the event building construction from over the weekend that can be found here: Link Removed

ALMS7TH, one of the members of the BGWFans Forums, LINK REMOVED! that there is a segment with an 86 degree bank inside the event building. Also, B-Mac LINK REMOVED! that the Rhine River drop has about a 52 degree angle and that the coaster is comprised of 171 segments of track.

Ok, I'm going to stop spamming up this thread now. :p
