I didn't find any ducks in this pic, but i'm still not 100% sure about that.
There's the obvious one in the corner, but I also see 2 yellow dots in the flower planter in the back.
And of course Big Mike pointed this one out already.

OK, I am going to sneak in right under the time limit wire here!!!
Either I suck at the Find the Ducky Game, or you placed them in some very difficult spots!
I will admit that I only found 2 duckies, but I was extremely jealous of one duckies hiding spot! I sure hope that was the Big Mike ducky!
Learning from experience, if there are a lot more people guessing a higher amount of duckys (3), I probably missed one, so I should go with the flow of 3.
Now I don't want to chance a tie breaker coin flip, and since there are only 2 more guesses of 4 and 19, and there should only be 25 minutes left in the game, I am going to make my official guess 5 duckies and should be declared champion if the correct answer is anywhere between 5 and 18!

In the last photo there is one under the plant on the left and one on the cement to the right of the door. So 3 total in that picture.
