^This is a possibility. I think the California government just asked Disney for a bail-out as well....... ;)

I'd be fine with it if they put it in the Fantasyland Theater. Maybe this is why they kicked the Princesses out already?

If it's in Town Square every night ... ugh.

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned here yet, but the beach balls on Luigi's are apparently no more. That didn't last long.

They should have never done the beach ball thing, in the first place.

When I rode the original Flying Saucers back in 1963 (I was ten),
there were no beach balls or balloon-type things at all, around us.

And I keep remembering that tv special in 1965 on the 10th anny of DL,
included ballooons and stuff falling all around the Flying Saucer riders.
And yet, it had nothing to do with the regular running of the attraction!

It was just good old "bumper cars" in a
new style and physical way of doing it.
Which was at that time, fun
and very cool to do.

These people who are riding them now, should be learning that.
How to become Bumper Tiresss...

(EDIT to add: I have not ridden this new attration, and have 'heard/read' that they are a lot more cumbersome to navigate and direct, etc. So... the beach balls thing would/could really make it all the worse for maneuvering these things, hmm? Noted.)
Talk is cheap  Action is Pricele$$

In Disney's case, Money never shuts the hell up! I'm ok with it though, they get these events that are big money makers and they continue to improve and expand on them (Look at Glowfest, ElecTRONica, and Mad T Party). It's kinds of a win win for everyone, Disney gets their revenue and people get and event/attraction they are willing to spend their money on.

It IS in Town Square every night, per the Disney Parks Blog.

There were guest complaints and they were removed. I'm sure there will be something to replace them soon.
