Walibi Belgium Discussion Thread

Postby Dark Vampire » Tue Feb 07, 2006 6:23 am

Hey everybody!

This thread is simple! Rather than having a million little threads about everything that goes on at Walibi Belgium, this thread is designed to consolidate it all into one user-friendly thread. Feel free to use it to post updates, trip reports, questions, comments, and of course, general discussion. For pictures and videos of the park as well as past updates, see TPR's Park Index Page.

Very strange coaster. I didn't understand how it is working and what kind of lift hill it got.

Is it going to be like one of those Setpoint coasters (Ghoster Coaster at PKI)?

It does look like the same track as a Caripro Batflyer, but with 4 across seating. Interesting. That park is on my planned list for this year, so I hope it is up and running if I get there.

I think it's going pretty near the big lake, but my geography of Walibi Belgium isn't great.

What is this, Joisey?

That looks like it would be fun, hopefully the four-across seating will help the capacity problems that these types of rides always face.

That is just messed up. It looks like it would be a fun ride to go on, yet needlessly messed up.
