shepp
I'll be driving past SFA early one morning, and thought I might just stop in with my SF pass for a couple of rides on S:ROS. Yeah, I know I'm being cheap, but I hate to drop 10 bucks on parking just for that. Anyone know if there's safe and legal free onstreet parking within strolling distance of the park? I'm not talking about the lot of a Motel 6 or Denny's, more like what I found near KBF and, a bit farther away, at SFMW.
frozenflames
If you want to go to SFA, you have to pay to park. The closest free parking to SFA is about three miles away from the park, in a strip mall parking lot. I wish I could say otherwise, but the entrance to the park is off a highway (not the Beltway), by a really crowded intersection, so if you try to walk that intersection, you'd most likely end up as a human pancake. shepp
^ Thanks for clarifying that...I guess $2.50 per ride on Superman isn't too much to ask.
Mind Eraser
You can always park in the ghetto and take the bus in. Â Â -kip-
