The amount of proposed projects is just unreal in my mind. I know Dubai is one of the most visited cities in the world, but the amount of amusement companies that have proposed ideas for the market is staggering in relation to the stereotype I have for visitors to the area.

Are any of these actually being built? Like, there are things happening beyond announcements?

I don't think all those proposed back in 2007 would have been viable. Maybe SeaWorld will do something if they ban Orca's in California.

Dubai is basically the Las Vegas of the middle east. So many proposed projects, only a small amount of which ever actually break ground. An even smaller amount of those actually get built.

Just like in Vegas, though, I want them all to be real!
