That looks like fun! Maybe one day I'll get out of the US... I do hope/wish they run dual stations though (like Mr. Freeze). That would almost double capacity. Overall, it looks like a ton of fun and a lot less violent than Premier Sky Rockets.

Does anyone know what's going on with Volcano? It was closed the days I went last week as well. Last I was there, one of my park ambassador friends told be it had been shut down for the week before (I went on the 17th). He said they were having problems launching fast enough. He said it could only launch around 40mph and kept rolling back... Considering the magnets have their own AC unit, I think it would be the heat. Maybe the magnets are overheating and the ride deliberately lowers the power put into them.

Hmm... It would be cool to see an S&S at KD. That might even be more likely because of Hypersonic (Another air launch??? ). They might event be able to fit one next to Delirium or maybe where the old Hypersonic stuff is (besides the obvious Hurler area).

This feels like one of those years where the park did one of those things they "Just had to do". It suprised me because of the presence of Hurler in the marketing and the semi recent expansion done a few years ago. Now I'm gonna whine and be pissed at the park all season, even though I realize it was the best thing to do. Overall, I'm unhappy but understanding. I just want me a rollie coaster.

Yes. It's worth it. Get the awful skip the line pass. Do you think I could still manage to ride everything without blowing $60? Will it be that crowded? How does that pass even work? Start time? Do you do all the rides at once?

For people who know about this place... I'm in DC and might road trip up to Hersheypark Saturday. Does anyone know if it would even be worth it? I don't live in DC, so I'm not sure what traffic to expect. I'd assume the park will be slammed, so would it be worth a 2hr drive? Could I even get to ride everything? Thanks for the help!

At this point, I'd expect some RMC work on Hurler. I still wouldn't be shocked if it was another company (GCI) though. I was thinking... Is there any chance that we could see some refurb of the area or some work on Hypersonic? Maybe they will finally take all that crap down if they upgrade Hurler's layout. Who knows... something is gonna happen

Sadly, yeah. My only hope is that KD realized they need something big to compete with BG. Does anybody know how KD is doing financially? Can they afford anything big in the first place?

I think a GCI is more likely. Why would they build a GCI at KI if they want to build a RMC at KD? CP still is up for grabs it seems, although they normally try to fake out the followers (RMC posts). That makes me believe they are going GCI too.
