They were working this past Tuesday and yesterday. There are now pink survey flags on the outer edge of the service road where the first turn after the drop used to be.

It's both at Lakemont Park and a Toboggan roller coaster. Two negatives making a positive? It could be worse:there's a Chinese version of the Toboggan with a loop that's been called things like "The Toboggan Of Death" ! If it's that bad it will put you in the hospital. There are some benefits to that, as I did some research and found no hospitals within Lakemont Park. No, but if I remember correctly from visiting last year there is a attorney's office out front.

We stopped by on our way home from NYC Friday (7/29) and it must have been our lucky day (had stopped raining when we got there). Joker had a 15 minute wait when we got there and everything else was a walk-on or 5 minute wait. They were giving rerides on Kingda Ka to fill the train. I'm glad we stopped in when we did.

KD is going to turn that bulldozer into their version of Diggerland.

Did you ride it this season? They screwed up the seat belts, so tons of fat people are able to get the lap bar down on the test seat with no problem, but then on the actual ride they can't get the seat belts buckled. Thankfully I could get on, but they're pretty tight and uncomfortable. I rode it last week and I'm a 38. Had no issues at all and also had quite a bit of belt left despite reading reports that the seat belts were very short. It's how you carry the weight.

Yes, you just go to the ticket window to buy BAF tickets. I've done it several times.
