  1. The timesaver was $30 per person last year and $25 per person in 2015. My family would occasionally get one for 2 people if we were there on a really busy day. My daughter loves river rampage and if my neice was with us she wanted to ride firechaser a bunch.
  2. The website stills says that Thrills in the Hills has been postponed until a date later in the season. I haven't refunded my ticket yet because I'm still hoping to be able to go if they do reschedule it.
  3. I don't know. It was there when I rode it a couple of weeks ago.
  4. The only line I've stood in today was Firechaser and it's only because it's running one train, everything else has pretty much been a walk on. Yeah, I rode wild eagle with only 4 other people on the train with me. Lightning rod has been the only thing I've waited in line for so far.
  5. I don't think I got that email, unless I deleted it by accident. That is a really good deal though. I could use it to maybe convince my husband or some of my other family members who don't enjoy rides to come with me. Anyways, today is an awesome day to be at the park. It's the least crowded I've seen it this year and it's not too hot out. I was on the second train of the day on Lighting Rod and got a couple more rides after that with about a 10 minute wait each time.
  6. It's been running all day today so far, one train, if you run to it right at rope drop, you shouldn't wait to long. I was on the first train today, and went back around after and only waited about 10 mins. They only let one train on the loading platform at a time, so even if the line looks long, it's really not that bad, as they're keeping everyone else behind the chain. Are they assigning seats? Followup question. Does anyone know any good discounts going on at the park? The only thing I can really find is 5 dollars off of admission with my seasons pass. I'm taking my brother on sunday. To buy online is 75 dollars for the day after fees but I don't know if it is worth it to buy them online or just wait and pay at the gate. They are still assigning seats. I'm not aware of any other discounts other than the 5 dollars off. They were doing a promotion where you could get an adult ticket for the price of a child's ticket but I think it has already ended.
  7. While I was watching test runs of lightning rod a guy came out of a side door of the entrance and some people standing next to me asked when it would be open. He wouldn't say when it would open but he said that tomorrow they were going to pick some guests "that really looked like they wanted to ride" and let them on it.
  8. I'm here at the park now having a mommy daughter date with my three and a half year old. She is finally 36 inches tall so she can ride more rides including her first roller coaster! She was so excited to ride sideshow spin, she said that this was the best day of her life. She looked at lightning rod and said she wanted to ride it next. She's short for her age like I always was so she is in for a long wait before she can ride the big coasters.
  9. I couldn't convince anyone in my family to come with me today, but I had already requested off and it is such a nice day that I decided to come by myself. It's actually been pretty fun even though I feel like a big dork for coming alone. Hopefully I can convince someone to come with me once lightning rod opens. All of my friends and family are chickens when it comes to coasters.
  10. The park closes at 6:00 today. It doesn't seem very crowded at the moment and the lines aren't very long at all.
