  1. Love, love, love these updates, I am sorry to see this one end! Is it possible to find out where Renee bought her Figment shirt that says, "What a spark" on it? I would love to own one, thanks to anyone who might know
  2. I love this park, never been there but just from TPR reports I am hoping someday to make it. I love the purple shirt the girl in the video sitting next to Derek is wearing. Where did she buy that? I am a big Figment fan
  3. Some of these pictures bring back memories from when I visited when I was growing up, my mother always made sure to visit at least twice a year since I was six. The first visit I remember was 1976 on the 4th of July, the Bicentennial. It was so packed with people and literally butt to butt waiting for the monorail, my brother had to put me on his shoulders because I was getting crushed by the crowds. What a memory. Love this Photo TR, thanks for posting it.
  4. Rock-n-Roller coaster would be my choice, but it was better when it first opened. Not sure what changed but it is not what it used to be.
  5. This is great news, I have always loved the Electrical Parade. I never go to Disney in the summer but this will definitely get me there among the millions of people just to see this parade and the fireworks.
  6. Hey, where's Dan? I am used to seeing him......and reading what to email him about....
  7. Wow, we were just there too staying at Saratoga Springs as well. Great pictures on the monorail. We did not wait for anything at the Magic Kingdom. We rode Thunder Mtn first and when we got off our train and started walking out all these cast members were clapping for everyone on the train and we were wondering what they were clapping for and ........guess what? All the riders (and us)on the BTMR were handed dream fast passes for the whole day in the MK. So basically, everything worth riding we rode and we were done by 3pm. Then we went to Hollywood Studios and the wait for the RNRC was 70 minutes and just when we were going into the standby lane some lady invited us to use her fastpasses (she had eight).....It was a great time had by all and just about the best Disney trip for me ever!!!!!!
  8. I have stayed at all of them with the exception of the Movies Resort. I tend to lean towards the All Star Sports because it is first on the bus route and I have never had any problems concerning the bus and I have stayed there countless times. Pop Century is new but on the down side, they do not have everything down pat and running smoothly IMO. Yes, there is one bus stop but EVERYBODY staying there is crowding you at the actual stop and my experience was that, coming and going, the bus took forever while we watched the All Star resort buses come and go we still waited and waited. It was crazy. Maybe things have or will smooth out but I will stay at the Sports resort over all of them because I have never had any issues there. The rooms are all basically the same and as always clean and smell free which is why I love staying at Disney resorts.
  9. The one coaster I really, really wanted to experience.......I know, not much of a life and there are probably better ones that I have not ridden but something about Deja Vu just really appealed to me. Perhaps I can get across the country to MM before that one goes too.
  10. I know I have been out of the loop for a while, but are you sure it is getting torn down?
  11. I am really sorry for your loss. I can relate with you about the beginnings of going to theme parks. My mom and my 2 sisters and myself always went to WDW every year since I was six years old. My older sister passed away almost a year ago from breast cancer, but she also loved going to theme parks especially BGT. She left behind 3 teenagers who also love theme parks so I try to go often with them and my daughter and carry on, I guess you could say, a tradition thanks to my Mom. Again, I am really sorry for your loss and you are in my prayers.
  12. Pleeeaaassseee be voted off tonight. I am not a real big fan of AI but come on enough already. I am sure he is a nice person but HE CANNOT SING.
  13. I would have to say Nickleback. I just saw them a couple of weeks ago in Orlando. They are really good performers. They work the crowd real well. They also had Tiger Woods and Roger Clemens come out on stage and shoot t-shirts out to the audience. I was in the second row from the stage, its the closest I have ever been before and was deaf for two days. But it was worth it.
  14. My mom knows Burt Reynolds. They went to the same high school. For those of you that don't know him, I think he is best known for his movie, Smokey and the Bandit.
