  1. I think a CGI in the vein of American Thunder or Thunderhead would be perfect, they're the perfect mix of thrills and fun, while not being to intimidating to people scared of the bigger rides. What a shame CGI isn't in business anymore.
  2. I'm going for my first time next week, after the spring break promo ends, and I really hope it is open. Can anybody give me tips? I am getting a gold level flash pass and the x2 add on. I'm not expecting anything Screampunk to be open.
  3. They aren't adding new trains, they are refurbing the trains and adding better restraints. It will be an improvement tho.
  4. Visit again this year. They've painted Pandemonium, rethemed Route 66 and made it fresh, redid concrete, enclosed the take 6 restaurant, refurbed Mind Eraser, adding new audio system and Jumbotron throughout the park, added lockers in the north end of the park, redid the emporiums floor, and that's only this year. They are one of the best SF parks. I never have a problem with service there. Maybe it's because I have a good time at parks and don't always try to find something to nag about. Sure old manegment took out a bunch of flats, but new manegment had taken out one and it's because it was a maitnence nightmare. SFNE is definitely improving.
  5. I know you hate this park but give them a f&$)ing break. It costs money to take the towers down. They took down the cables and rollers. The park is spending a lot of money this year and if there is something that they can save on which won't affect anyone, then they'll do it. Omg, can you bash on another park because your BS is kind of annoying. Everyone knows your opinion. You hate SFNE, good for you.
  6. Are you new to: 1. The Internet? 2. April Fools Day? 3. The World? 4. Jokes?
  7. ^^you are in the wrong thread. I think you meant to post it in the USO thread.
  8. ^maybe that means it is leaving so they want to focus on it. There aren't any trains on the track.
  9. ^ Trabant and freestyle are pretty different. Freestyle has outward seats and a more intense cycle, while a Trabant/Wipeout have inward facing seats and not as intense of a cycle.
  10. They're also saying it's the smoothest coaster in the world aren't they? Both of those things are really opinion based (I guess you could monitor airtime duration but nobody will), so they can really claim whatever they want. I love how even with a claim that arbitrary and stupid they didn't even bother to say "In the Northeast" and had to limit themselves to New England at the risk of just sounding ridiculous. Bow down to the bull... and probably Phoenix. Regardless though, Wicked Cyclone looks flat out amazing. I can't wait to ride it. The cyclone was extremly rough. They are saying that it's the smoothest coaster so people don't think it's still a rough ride.
  11. They are not counting it as a record, but are marketing it as the most air time in New England.
