  1. Thanks for all the advice! I have been a closeted enthusiast for years. Luckily I have been able to get to a ton of parks dragging along friends who aren't as obsessed as I am. Although I would prefer going to parks with people who get it. I wish there was a meetup group for this.
  2. I am heading to Kings Dominion and Busch gardens on August 14th. I'll have the 15th, 16th, and 17th to visit the parks. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on whether I should do two days at Kings Dominion and Soak City and one day at Busch Gardens. OR should I do one day at Kings Dominion, one day at Busch Gardens, and one day at Water Country USA? Is it worth it to spend a day at Water Country? Or should I just do 2 days at Kings Dominion since they have free admission to their water park? Also, any tips at these parks? Is fast lane worth it during the week?
  3. I am heading to Busch Gardens and Kings Dominion on August 14th. I was trying to get any specific tips that might make the trip more of a success. Do you think that it is necessary to buy fast passes at either of these parks? I will be at Busch Gardens on Tuesday August 15th and Kings Dominion on Wednesday August 16th. Any advice would be appreciated!
  4. Going to be at Hershey Tomorrow and Wednesday, any suggestions?
  5. I will be at Great ADV this Thursday. I'm guessing Zumanjaro and Kingda Ka will be closed? Anyone know if this is true?
  6. So, I am going to Great Adventure on the first week in June. This will be a first time for me. Do you guys have any suggestions? Should I splurge on the Flash Pass? I will be there on a Wednesday.
  7. The only ones I have ridden so far was Time Machine and Hulk. Hulk is much more fun.
  8. I have been to most parks in the U.S. and most things do not scare me. I love drop towers, TTD, skycoasters, etc... The exception are rides that are in the dark. I remember this fear first in WDW with Space Mountain as a young kid. I ended up loving it. When rides are moving quickly in the dark, I get scared because I do not know where it is going. I love that feeling of being scared though. Most recently, the only ride that has really scared me was Pipeline Peak at Carowinds. The speed mixed with the complete lack of light freaked me out. I rode the same thing at KD a couple years earlier and I remember the same fear.
  9. I want to see a Launch Coaster or a Dive Machine over a Giga. Anyone feel the same? What are your thoughts?
  10. Cool! First, go after May 24 so you can ride Goliath Second, if you want to go on V2, go on it early because the line gets long. Superman, V2, and Raging Bull's lines are also extremely long. American Eagle will have a long line if and only if one side is running with one train, which they do sometimes. So maybe ride American Eagle Early. Also check out Whizzer! It's an ACE Historic landmark and only one of two of its kind left in the world. Also, SFGAm is expensive (no duh, but just throwing it out there) but it's an amazing park! That's all I can come up with but I'm sure other people have more! Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I was wondering when Goliath was opening, so that was helpful.
  11. This is my first post to this website. I will be visiting this park in May and I was wondering if anyone could give me advise on visiting this Six Flags.
