  1. Went yesterday for the first time. As others had said it was dead! Basically every ride we did was a walk on. Did Green Lantern, Superman, Kingda Ka, El Toro (4 times without getting off!), the Mine Train, Medusa, Log Flume, Swinging Ship, Jersey Devil (2 times), Nitro (2 times, not sure if this was its first time reopening), Batman, Skull Mountain, Dark Knight, the Houdini House and El Toro once more all in about 5 hours. Crazy amount of rides for one day. Loved our experience.
  2. We are visiting Saturday and Sunday this weekend from Toronto area. Our last visit was May 2019. For most of our last visit we had pretty windy conditions and Raptor and Gatekeeper were basically down the whole time. For this weekend the forecast is showing WSW wind at 10-15mph for Saturday and W wind at 10-20mph for Sunday. Is that windy enough to shut rides down? I'm specifically hoping to get on Raptor and Gatekeeper this time around!!
  3. Some friends and I are thinking of going to Haunt Thanksgiving weekend. I’ve never been before. How busy is it typically? Would the Sunday night likely be less busy than the Saturday? How busy are the rides? Thanks!
  4. I think it usually opens daily the 2nd or 3rd week of May.
  5. Totally depends on the day. I was there a few weeks ago and it was only 10 minutes. Other times I’ve seen it around 30-45. It has a single rider line that is usually much faster.
  6. Spent the day at the park today. Absolutely dead. Leviathan and behemoth about 5 mins. Yukon no more than 20 all day. Everything else walk on. Hottest day of the year though!
  7. Going on Friday for the season pass preview night. I’m planning on getting there early and hoofing it to Yukon Striker as soon as they let you through. What would be the best barricade to wait at? Was thinking the one by Wonder Mountain Guardian? Or would I better to head towards the Flight Deck area one?
  8. Public transport from airport to wonderland not great. It would take all day. It is about a 30 min drive in good traffic. Avoid hwy 401/400 in rush hr. take 27 north and rutherford/ major mackenzie over. According to Google Maps it takes 1h from Pearson Terminal 1 to Canada’s Wonderland. A Go Bus, and then Viva bus to Wonderland.
  9. Wow...that's crazy. I wonder if its because it's in another country, and they have different standards for amusement rides? The only 2 coasters at Canada’s Wonderland with 54” requirement are Behemoth and Leviathan, both have B&M clamshell restraints. I believe every B&M in North America with clamshells has a 54” requirement.
